Culinary mixer and methods of use
Apparatus for mixing culinary ingredients including a container with a lid and mixer with fingers are disclosed. Methods of mixing culinary ingredients using apparatus are also disclosed.
Convertible mixer assembly with a stand
A convertible mixer assembly converts a hand mixer for use as a stand mixer with additional attachments. The assembly includes a motor positioned within a mixer housing. Mixer ports extend into the mixer housing. A handle coupled to the mixer housing allows handheld use. Beater attachments are removably coupable to the mixer housing and rotated by the motor. A connector extends from the mixer housing. A slot extends into an outer surface of a stand. The slot receives the connector such that the stand is configured for holding the mixer housing for use without the mixer housing is handheld.
Wireless blending device and system
A blending device includes a motor, a motor controller, and a wireless controller configured to receive a wireless signal. The motor controller may be configured to alter the operations of the motor based the wireless signal. The wireless signal may include a blending program to be carried out by the blending device. The blending device may include one or more sensors configured to sense parameters of the blending device. The wireless signal may include information related to the sensed parameters. A blending device network may be formed by providing a second blending device having a wireless controller in communication with the first blending device wireless controller. The first and second blending devices may share information over the network.
Rotor having freewheel
An operative insert for a device for processing foods and a device for processing foods including such an operative insert, the device having a receptacle for the operative insert that is driven rotationally about an axis of rotation (R), to which receptacle the operative insert can be detachably fastened in a torque-locked manner by a drive interface, wherein the operative insert bears at least one working element, which can be driven rotationally in a working direction by the drive interface and which can be decoupled from the drive interface in regard to the rotational motion by a freewheel when the direction of rotation of the drive interface is reversed.
Method and device for making nut butter and nut milk
A device for producing nut butter and/or nut milk from nuts. The device includes a base having a motor, an outer container positioned above the base, a mixing container positioned within the outer container, and a cutting device positioned within the mixing container and configured to be driven by the motor during operation. The mixing container has inner sidewalls and at least one screen, the inner sidewalls being substantially vertical and the at least one screen having a plurality of holes particularly sized to allow emulsified nut milk to freely pass therethrough. The cutting device has a central hub and at least two blades, the at least two blades vertically offset and each having a blade tip, with each blade tip positioned a certain radial distance from the inner sidewalls of the mixing container. A method for producing nut butter and/or nut milk is further described.
Blending volume reducing device
A blending system is disclosed herein. The blending system may comprise a blender base, a container and a blending volume reduction device. The blending volume reduction device may be removably inserted into the container of the blender system at various positions. The positions may alter the working volume of the container when the blending volume reduction device is inserted in the container.
Blender
In order to provide a processor in which a reception space occupied by a body thereof may be decreased when it is not used, a container may be mounted on and detached from the body without being hindered, visibility of an inner portion of the container may be improved, and noise generated at the time of an operation may be decreased, a soundproofing cover is mounted on the body so as to cover the container, is detachable from the body to be completely separated from the body, and has an internal space closed by closure of an opening of one end thereof by the body. One end portion of a first vacuum tube is disposed to be exposed to an upper surface of the body and is connected to one end portion of a second vacuum tube.
Grinder attachment for blender system
A grinder attachment for a food processing system is provided including a grinder base and a grinder cup defining a grinder chamber and a grinder opening. The grinder cup is mounted to the grinder base at a closed end of the grinder cup. The closed end is opposite the grinder opening. A rotatable blade assembly includes at least one blade positioned within the chamber of the grinder cup.
RESEALABLE SPOUT FOR SELECTIVELY ACCESSING COCONUT WATER WITHIN A COCONUT
A self-contained, consumer-ready product from a coconut that has a seed-case, a layer of coconut meat inside of the seed-case, and an internal cavity containing sterile coconut water, in a condition that is ready for a consumer to access and remove the sterile water within the coconut, and a method for providing such a product. One method comprises forming an aperture that extends through the seed-case of the coconut but does not extend through the layer of coconut meat; forming a coconut pre-product in a first location, by affixing to the apertured coconut a closure member that is adapted to close the aperture and to be easily removed by a consumer in a second location different from the first location; and providing a self-contained, consumer-ready coconut product, by associating, with the coconut pre-product, a pre-selected plunger member that includes an elongated lance member that the consumer slides within the aperture after removal of the closure member in the second location and penetrates through the layer of coconut meat and into the internal cavity containing the sterile water.
Blender with removable spindle and monitored reservoir
A blender includes a spindle support, a spindle motor secured to the spindle support, an inner spindle drive shaft permanently coupled to the spindle motor, and a spindle assembly removably coupled to the spindle support. The spindle assembly includes a quick release coupler, a tube, and a blending tool fixed to an end of the tube. The blending tool includes a plurality of blades. The inner spindle drive shaft extends into the tube and is drivably coupled to the tube to transmit rotational energy from the spindle motor to blending tool via the tube when the spindle assembly is coupled to the spindle support.
