OVEN DRAWER HAVING USER CONFIGURABLE HORIZONTALLY DIVIDED CAVITIES
An oven appliance includes a cooking chamber positioned within a cabinet, a heating assembly defining a plurality of heating zones, and a drawer assembly slidably positioned within the cooking chamber. The drawer assembly includes a drawer frame slidably mounted to sidewalls of the cooking chamber, a horizontal rack mounted proximate a bottom of the drawer frame, and one or more vertical dividers positionable within the drawer frame to define a plurality of cooking chambers, each of the plurality of cooking chambers being aligned with one or more of the plurality of heating zones.
COOKING CONTAINER
A cooking container includes a container unit and a temperature information processor disposed on the container unit. A bottom of the container unit is a heated region to carry a heat source, and a side wall of the container unit is provided at least with a temperature-sensing element channel which is extended to a location close to a center of the heated region. A temperature-sensing element which is connected with the temperature information processor is extended deeply into a location close to the center of heated region from the temperature-sensing element channel, allowing the temperature detected to be close to the actual heated temperature of the cooking container.
INDUCTION HEATING SYSTEM
An induction well includes a tank configured to store a substance, a first induction coil positioned around a first portion of the tank, a second induction coil positioned around a second portion of the tank, and a single power inverter coupled in parallel with the first induction coil and the second induction coil.
Vertical Grilling Assembly
A vertical grilling assembly for uniform grilling of food with reduced flareups includes a housing, which defines an interior space. A retaining unit, which is engaged to a food item is insertable through an opening, which is positioned in a front of the housing, so that the food item is positioned in the interior space substantially equally distant from opposed sides of the housing. A first door is hingedly engaged to the housing and is positioned to selectively close the opening. A pair of heaters is engaged singly to the opposed sides of the housing and positioned in the interior space. The heaters selectively heat the interior space to grill the food item. A controller is engaged to the housing and is operationally engaged to the pair of heaters. The controller is positioned to control heat output from the pair of heaters.
KITCHEN MACHINE WITH CLEANING FUNCTION
A kitchen machine has an automatic cleaning function. The kitchen machine comprises a vessel, an agitator located in the vessel, a motor configured to rotate the agitator, a heater configured to heat the vessel, a temperature sensor configured to detect a temperature of the vessel, and a controller configured, for cleaning the vessel, to control, based on a temperature detected by the temperature sensor, at least one of a rotation speed of the motor, a rotation duration of the motor, a rotation direction of the motor, a heating temperature of the heater, and a heating duration of the heater.
IMITATED POUR-OVER COFFEE MAKER CAPABLE OF HIGH-TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Provided is an imitated pour-over coffee maker capable of high-temperature control, including: a body having therein a water tank and a coffee-making tank; a human-machine interface module; a first coffee-making module; a second coffee-making module; a first control module; and a second control module for reading a signal of a third temperature sensor to control a second solenoid valve to perform coffee-making commencement or perform water-return commencement for returning water to the coffee-making tank. High-temperature control can be exercised over water dispensed by the delivery head, thereby optimizing the automation of imitated pour-over coffee making.
Digital Gas Grill Controller
An outdoor grill has a processor and remote-controlled valves (electronic or digital) whereby the processor directs gas flow to at least one burner below a grate. Sensors can be utilized to maintain temperature at the grate. A meat probe can be used to provide input to the processor to reduce temperature upon reaching a predetermined value. The processor may wirelessly communicate with a portable computing device for remote control or monitoring of status.
OUTDOOR COOKING APPLIANCE CONTROL SYSTEM
A battery-operated wireless control system for outdoor cooking and heating appliances is disclosed. The system may include an electronic controller paired to a wireless temperature probe and a wireless monitor device capable of storing and recharging the wireless temperature probe. The electronic controller may control the operation of a fuel supply assembly, a fan assembly, and a spark generating assembly included in the appliance.
PROBE ASSEMBLY FOR A COOKING APPLIANCE
A probe assembly for a cooking appliance includes an outer case that includes a cap, a body, and retention features that are coupled to each of the cap and the body. A first temperature sensor is operably coupled to the cap of the outer case. A probe is operably coupled to the body of the outer case and is selectively concealed by the cap. A second temperature sensor is operably coupled to the probe. A controller is communicatively coupled to each of the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor. The controller is configured to receive a first signal from the first temperature sensor when the cap is directly coupled to the body of the outer case.
STEAM COOKING SYSTEM
Improved steam ovens and methods for operating steam ovens include selectively operating a gas heating element below a water reservoir at the bottom of a cooking cavity with water present therein, a convection heating element in the cooking cavity, and a convection fan adjacent the cooking cavity in order to achieve and maintain a predetermined cooking temperature within the cooking cavity. Alternatively, where there is no heating element below a water reservoir in the cooking cavity, a convection system can be operated in order to direct heated air such that it impinges directly on water in the water reservoir, thereby converting the water to steam
