A set of conveyor rollers for use in agricultural machines, especially those of the stalk and tall plants harvester type, including front elements arranged in an independent front platform. The conveyor roller set includes a front aperture (6) for receiving the harvested material (MC) from a platform (P), the set including at least one upper roller (20a) and at least one lower roller (20b) disposed in the platform (A), wherein the upper conveyor roller (20a) has a diameter (D) greater than the diameter (d) of the lower conveyor roller (20b).
TILTING MECHANISM FOR UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION OF A MATERIAL ON A CONVEYING AND CLEANING UNIT
A self-propelled combine harvester has at least one tilting mechanism for the uniform distribution of a harvested material on an oscillating conveying and cleaning unit, in particular a top sieve. The tilting mechanism has elements for defining a swiveling direction of the conveying and cleaning unit which are arranged between the conveying and cleaning unit and a machine housing. The tilting mechanism has an actuator for continuous adjustment of at least one component part of the elements from an initial position to an adjusting position. The position of the at least one component part decisively defines the swiveling direction. An electric control unit controls the actuator depending on a state of the combine harvester and/or harvested material and the initial position of the at least one component part of the tilting mechanism.

CLEANER DEVICES FOR ELEVATOR PADDLES
This disclosure provides a lifting system for a grain combine. The grain combine includes a plurality of paddles connected transversely to a chain. Each paddle includes an inner edge attached to the chain and an outer edge. The chain is driven by two toothed pulleys. The system also includes a housing with a lower feed opening and an upper discharge opening. The lifting system includes at least one paddle having a cleaning element attached to its outer edge. The cleaning element is adapted to contact at least part of the inner surface of the lifting system housing in which part of the surface has perforations.

System for adjusting the conveyor belt tension force within an agricultural harvester
In one aspect, a system for adjusting the conveyor belt tension force within an agricultural harvester may include a conveyor having a first roller, a second roller spaced apart from the first roller, and a conveyor belt configured to engage the first and second rollers. The system may also include a tensioner assembly having a ratcheting mechanism configured to selectively adjust a position of the first roller relative to the second roller to adjust a tension force exerted on the conveyor belt.
Elevator assembly for an agricultural harvester with a storage hopper having a conveyor therein
An elevator assembly for a harvester may include an elevator housing and an elevator extending within the elevator housing between a proximal end and a distal end. As such, the elevator may be configured to carry harvested crops between its proximal and distal ends. Furthermore, the elevator assembly may include a storage hopper extending from the elevator housing at a location adjacent to the distal end of the elevator. The storage hopper may include a conveyor extending within the storage hopper between a first end and a second end, with the conveyor configured to carry the harvested crops between its first and second ends towards a discharge opening of the storage hopper.
Harvester feeder
A harvester feeder may include a housing forming a crop passage having a width and a conveyor supported by the housing to extend above crops being conveyed along the crop passage. The conveyor may include a frame, at least one forward tensioner, at least one drive sprocket and at least one belt about the forward tensioner and the drive sprocket. In one implementation, the at least one belt forms a substantially uninterrupted crop engaging belt surface extending across a majority of the width. In one implementation, each belt has an upper portion and a lower portion with the lower portion being adjacent the crop passage, wherein a crop massager extends between the upper portion and the lower portion and resume only presses the lower portion of the continuous belt towards the crop passage.
Slat-bar cross-members in a feederhouse crop-conveying system
A feederhouse conveyor system for an agricultural harvesting machine is provided. The feederhouse conveyor system includes a power transmitting system. The power transmitting system includes first rollers, second rollers, and power transmitting bands. The power transmitting bands are configured to each transmit power between each of the first rollers and the second rollers. The feederhouse conveyor system also includes rigid cross members, configured to each attach near each end to at least one of the power transmitting bands, and flexible cross members configured to each attach near each end to at least one of the power transmitting bands. The centerlines which extend through the rigid cross members and the flexible cross members are parallel. The mat attaches to the flexible cross members by a pocket in the mat through which the flexible cross members extend.
Header for a crop harvesting machine having a twisted side draper
A header for a crop harvester includes side drapers having a front edge adjacent the cutter bar and carrying crop to a discharge end roller at a center feed draper. A support arrangement carries the rear end of the discharge end roller to define an operating position in which an axis of the discharge end roller is at an angle to an axis of the outer end roller of the side draper with the rear end of the discharge end roller at a height below a height of the rear end of the outer end roller. This provides a main portion of the belt that lies in a common plane defined by an intermediate guide member and the outer end roller and a smaller portion of the draper belt between the guide member and the rear end of the discharge end roller which is twisted downwardly from the common plane.
