Multi-Function Fixture for a Lavatory System
Systems and methods for a multi-function lavatory fixture are disclosed. The lavatory fixture includes a first and second leg, where a first end of each leg is configured to be mounted to a deck and a second end of each leg is located over a basin of the lavatory fixture. A connecting section extends between the second ends of each leg and includes outlets to dispense water and soap to wash a user's hands. The fixture also includes indicators located proximate each of the outlets to indicate to the user the location of each outlet. A sensor located near each outlet identifies the presence of a user's hands near the outlet and dispenses water and soap, accordingly. A controller within the lavatory fixture receives inputs from each sensor and activates the appropriate pump or valve to deliver the desired product at the appropriate outlet.
Multi-Function Fixture for a Lavatory System
Systems and methods for a multi-function lavatory fixture are disclosed. The lavatory fixture includes a first and second leg, where a first end of each leg is configured to be mounted to a deck and a second end of each leg is located over a basin of the lavatory fixture. A connecting section extends between the second ends of each leg and includes outlets to dispense water and soap to wash a user's hands. The fixture also includes indicators located proximate each of the outlets to indicate to the user the location of each outlet. A sensor located near each outlet identifies the presence of a user's hands near the outlet and dispenses water and soap, accordingly. A controller within the lavatory fixture receives inputs from each sensor and activates the appropriate pump or valve to deliver the desired product at the appropriate outlet.
Basket tote with caddy and removable mini caddy
A basket tote having both a caddy and a removable mini caddy is disclosed. The removable mini caddy attaches to the caddy with a series of guide walls and guide wall retainers that allow the removable mini caddy to be cooperatively received by the caddy. The handle of the removable mini caddy nests with the handle of the caddy while they are attached, providing the user with a single handled basket tote that is easy to transport and use while still having the convenience of an extra tote where objects can be temporarily removed and then replaced without the need for transferring the objects from one tote to another. The removable mini caddy may be easily removed and then replaced within the caddy while remaining securely in place during use and transport.
WASH-BASIN
A wash-basin includes a wash bowl portion and an outer lateral portion that is connected to an outer peripheral portion of the wash bowl portion and has a lower end portion mounted on the supporting member. A step portion having a shape, in which a mounting portion side is recessed toward an outer lateral surface side of the wash bowl portion from an outer peripheral surface, is formed at a connection portion between the outer peripheral surface of the outer lateral portion and a peripheral edge of the mounting portion, which is mounted on the supporting member, of outer lateral portion. The step portion has a size that allows caulking work between the supporting member and the step portion.
PATIENT CARE ROOM WITH REDUCTION OF SPREAD OF PATHOGENS
A patient care room, and method of treating a patient includes a patient treatment area that is configured to accept a patient support and an airflow system in said patient care room. The airflow system has an air discharge outlet mounted above the patient support. The outlet has a plenum with at least two laterally outside portions that are aligned with opposite perimeters of the patient support. Each outside portion has at least one large opening that is adapted to direct a curtain of air toward the perimeter of the patient support. The plenum has at least one laterally inside portion within the perimeter of the patient support. A cover over the plenum has small openings distributed over the cover that are smaller than the large opening. The outside portions are adapted to each produce a curtain of air that is passed outside a perimeter of the patient support at a higher flow than air inside the perimeter of the patient support.
ADJUSTABLE APPARATUS FOR WATER CAPTURE
Apparatuses, systems, and methods are disclosed for water capture. A water collection opening is shaped to collect water from a water source. A water outlet is in fluid communication with a water collection opening to receive collected water from a water source through the water collection opening. A horizontal adjustment mechanism is configured to provide mechanical support to a water outlet and a water collection opening at any one of a plurality of user selectable positions at different horizontal offsets relative to a water source to accommodate different sizes and types of water sources.
BASKET TOTE WITH CADDY AND REMOVABLE MINI CADDY
A basket tote having both a caddy and a removable mini caddy is disclosed. Portable self-contained hot water hand-washing station
A portable hand-washing station that is self-contained to provide hot and cold water to a user as well as dispose of said water. The station includes a rolling hand truck, a sink assembly, a fresh-water tank, a grey-water tank, a water heater, and a water pump. The rolling hand truck includes a base platform and a vertical frame for support. The sink assembly is perpendicularly mounted to the vertical frame, opposite to the base frame. The grey-water tank and the fresh-water tank are positioned in between the sink assembly and the base platform and each are adjacently attached to the rolling hand truck. The grey-water tank and the fresh-water tank are in fluid communication with the sink assembly through the water pump and the water heater to provide the user with clean water. Additionally, a drain of the sink assembly is in fluid communication with the grey-water tank for disposal.
