FURNITURE
Furniture articles have an integrally formed shell that generally has rounded features, the shell diminishing in circumference outwardly from a mounting surface, and a mounting portion configured to secure the shell to the mounting surface. A perimeter edge of the shell defines a mounting plane against which the mounting surface is to be secured. When the shell is secured to the mounting surface, the mounting portion is inaccessible and hidden from view. Furniture includes a shelving unit, a desk unit, a seating unit, and a bed.
Vertical bathtub closure systems and methods
Embodiments described herein include a bathtub closure system having a step, the step having a first side panel, a second side panel, and an elongated platform defining a cavity, where the cavity can be configured to facilitate ingress and egress into a bathtub. The bathtub closure system can include a hinged closure, where the closure can be coupled with the step and can cooperate with the step to form a substantially watertight seal when the closure is in a closed position.
BATHTUB DOOR SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Embodiments described herein include a bathtub that can include a U-shaped step saddle associated with a door assembly. The door assembly can include a hinge coupled with the U-shaped step saddle such that the door assembly can be transitioned between an open position and a closed position. The door assembly can include a catch and a latch to secure the door in the closed position.
Shower enclosure system for aligning lower and upper enclosure members
A shower wall system is mounted to a wall frame having a plurality of vertical studs. The system comprises a plurality of attachment pieces, a lower piece, and an upper piece. Each attachment piece is attached to a stud, and either the lower or upper piece is attached to attachment pieces. The lower piece is aligned to the upper piece by a wall alignment assembly. The wall alignment assembly comprises a first alignment member proximate the top portion of the lower piece that mates with a second alignment member near the bottom portion of the one upper piece. The alignment members are configured to mate together in at least a partially interlocking manner, and the plurality of attachment pieces are positioned relative to the wall frame so that the upper piece is aligned with the lower piece regardless of whether the wall frame studs are co-planar and plumb.
Shelter cover
A shelter cover for a bathtub includes a hood, a guide, a fastener, a controller and indicator. The hood has a lower surface that extends about its periphery. The hood forming a concave body. The guide is coupled to either an interior surface or an exterior surface of the hood and extends below the lower surface. The fastener is in communication with either the hood or the guide to selectively couple the concave body to the bathtub. An interior handle is located on the interior surface of the concave body. The controller is coupled to the concave body and is in communication with the indicator. The indicator indicates the presence of a person inside the concave body to an individual exterior to the bathtub and concave body. The controller regulates operation of the indicator.
Shower Shuffle
The shower shuffle is a full-size shower mat with enhanced design to include a foot soaking section and a dead skin removal section. The foot soaking section will be of the shower mat and made up of a sponge/luffa material. The remaining of the Shower Shuffle will be made up of pumice stone for shuffling away dead skin. The bottom will have plastic railings under the sponge section to reinforce safety with weight and level it to the pumice stone. The entire bottom will contain rubber suction cups to keep the full mat in place.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A BATHING SYSTEM
A bathing system, includes a transfer system having a carrier base and a transfer seat. A sliding of the transfer seat relative to the carrier base may facilitate transfer of the transfer seat toward or away from the tub. A first arm and a second arm of the carrier base extends into and overlaps with a first support surface and a second support surface of the tub respectively. A controller may be in operative communication with a plurality of sensors and determine whether the bathing system is in a state where it is permissible to transfer the transfer seat toward or away from the tub and if so, actuate components of the transfer system to permit the transfer of a patient in the transfer system.
DRAIN FIXTURE
This disclosure provides a drain fitting having a discharge portion comprising a chamber formed by walls extending between and around an inlet and an outlet, the inlet being wider than the outlet or having a greater cross-sectional area than the outlet and the walls having interior surfaces sloping inwardly between the inlet and outlet.

Bathing Leg Restraint
A bathing leg restraint includes a pair of base members and a connector member connecting the base members. A support extends upwardly from an upper surface of each base member. A leg restraint member is affixed to an upper end of each support, such that each leg restraint member is rotatably secured to its respective support. The lower surface of each base member is securable to the inner surface of a bathing enclosure, such as a bathtub. The base members contact and support the inner thighs of the user when the user is seated upright within the bathtub. The leg restraint members can be rotated overtop of the user's legs to prevent their legs from rising out of the water. The base members and the leg restraint members maintain the user's legs in a submerged state and prevent the user from sliding downwardly toward the opposite end of the bathtub.
