The water is drained to the inside of a toilet body through a discharge port. Once the foot is washed, the water on the upper surface of the water drainage plate is wiped, the water drainage plate is rotated from the placed position to the open position of the lid, or the lid is rotated to the closed position.

A path permitting a renter of the real estate unit to move between the interior region and the outdoor area can extend through the opening and through the reusable fenestrated barrier.
