WATCH FOR CALCULATING PHOTOGRAPHIC EXPOSURES
The invention provides a wearable device, such as a watch, that provides a way to calculate an appropriate camera shutter speed and aperture setting for a given ISO speed setting to obtain settings that, when entered into a camera, will result in an appropriate photographic exposure. The devices of the invention provide a simple, fast, convenient way to calculate appropriate settings for the components of the photographic exposure triangle.
Wearable device, electronic watch, magnetic sensor calibration method, and recording medium
Power consumption due to failed automatic calibration is suppressed. An electronic watch is provided with a magnetic sensor, a processor for performing calibration of the magnetic sensor and controlling two or more function modes, and an acceleration sensor for sensing movement of a user. The processor determines whether a state of movement sensed by the acceleration sensor is a calibratable state in which calibration of the magnetic sensor can be performed, performs discrimination of a function mode being executed among the two or more function modes, and performs the calibration of the magnetic sensor when (i) the state of movement sensed by the acceleration sensor is the calibratable state and (ii) the function mode is not a non-default mode, the non-default mode being a function mode executed in accordance with an operation by the user.
SMARTWATCH DEVICE AND METHOD
A smartwatch device and method. The abstract of the disclosure is submitted herewith as required by 37 C.F.R. 1.72(b). As stated in 37 C.F.R. 1.72(b): A brief abstract of the technical disclosure in the specification must commence on a separate sheet, preferably following the claims, under the heading Abstract of the Disclosure. The purpose of the abstract is to enable the Patent and Trademark Office and the public generally to determine quickly from a cursory inspection the nature and gist of the technical disclosure. The abstract shall not be used for interpreting the scope of the claims. Therefore, any statements made relating to the abstract are not intended to limit the claims in any manner and should not be interpreted as limiting the claims in any manner.
Accessory contacts
A first connector assembly may be connectable to a second connector assembly using a sliding attachment process, in which a front portion of the first connector assembly is inserted into an end of a slot in the second connector assembly and slides laterally along the slot until electrical contacts on the two connector assemblies are aligned. Electrical contacts of the first connector assembly may be biased proud to make contact with recessed electrical contacts in the second connector assembly. A retraction mechanism may be provided to retract the electrical contacts of the first connector assembly during lateral sliding. An interlock mechanism may be provided to prevent unwanted operation of the retraction mechanism.

Watch-type mobile terminal and method of operating the same
A watch-type mobile terminal capable of adjusting an occurrence time of an event for an external device includes a wireless communication unit for receiving information related to the occurrence time of the event from the external device, a display unit for displaying a clock screen, and a controller for displaying a first item corresponding to the event at a position corresponding to the occurrence time on the clock screen based on the received information.
TRIGONOMETRIC DISPLAY AND METHOD THEREOF
A trigonometric function display clock includes a clock face that has a center aligned with a central axis, axial markings aligned with an x-axis and a y-axis, and a secondary circle having a diameter equal to a radius of the axial markings. A first point on the secondary circle is aligned at the center of the central axis, and the secondary circle is configured to be rotatable about the first point. The secondary circle is configured to overlap and align with at least a portion of the axial markings as the secondary circle rotates about the first point.

METHOD AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR RECOGNIZING ANGLE OF ROTATION OF ANNULAR MEMBER
According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise: a front cover; a rear cover disposed opposite to the front cover; an annular portion including a side portion surrounding at least a part of the space between the front cover and the rear cover, and including a display at least partially disposed along the front cover and at least one magnetic member, comprising a magnetic material, arranged at a specified first angle and a specified first distance with respect to the center of the display; a first Hall sensor disposed at a specified second distance from the center of the display; a second Hall sensor disposed at the specified second distance from the center of the display and spaced a second angle smaller than the first angle apart from the first Hall sensor; a memory; and at least one processor, comprising processing circuitry, operatively connected to the memory. At least one processor, individually and/or collectively, may be configured to: acquire first magnetic information corresponding to the at least one magnetic member based on the first Hall sensor; acquire second magnetic information corresponding to the at least one magnetic member based on the second Hall sensor; based on the first magnetic information and the second magnetic information, identify whether the annular member rotates; and in response to rotation of the annular member, control a user interface displayed through the display.
Device case and timepiece
A device case includes a resin case body having an opening which is disposed on a viewing face of the case body and a step which is disposed on an interior of the opening and protruding further to the interior than an inner face of the opening. The device case further includes a windproof member having an outer diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the opening of the case body and larger than an inner diameter of the step; and an adhesive section bonding and fixing the windproof member at a position to seal the opening of the case body. The adhesive section has higher flexibility than the case body.
