A motor apparatus and a motor control method are provided. The method includes the following steps. An actual speed and an actual current of a motor module are sensed by a sensor module. An adjusted speed is kept at a set speed or a speed curve by a speed adjusting circuit. A control signal is provided by a feedback control circuit according to a difference between the adjusted speed and the actual speed. The control signal is converted to a current to drive the motor module, such that the actual speed is kept at the adjusted speed. When the actual speed is decreased and the actual current is increased to a limited current value, a setting parameter of the feedback controller is changed according to the limited current value, such that the control signal enters a saturation state and the actual current is kept at the limited current value.

The wall-hitting control part limits a power supply angular interval to be smaller when the rotation speed of the rotor is within the predetermined speed range than when the rotation speed of the rotor is lower than the predetermined speed range.

A device in communication with the movable barrier operator may be enabled for receiving information pertaining to the barrier and for providing commands that actuate the barrier at precise barrier parameters. In an exemplary embodiment, a movable barrier such as a swing-arm gate may be accurately controlled without requiring manual positioning mechanisms, or otherwise require physical components to set the gate's open and closed limits. Additionally, accurate information may be communicated to a user device, for monitoring and providing maintenance to the movable barrier system.

A computing device connects with a measurement machine. The measurement machine includes a raster ruler and a measurement unit. The computing device reads environmental temperatures from a temperature sensor. Compensation coefficients of the standard workpiece and compensation coefficients of the raster ruler are calculated. The computing device calculates total compensation coefficients of the standard workpiece and the raster ruler. When the measurement machine measures an object workpiece, the computing device calculates a total error of the object workpiece according to the total compensation coefficients of the standard workpiece and the total compensation coefficients of the raster ruler. Coordinates of the object workpiece are calculated according to the total error and mechanism coordinates of each axis of the measurement machine.

In such manner, an overheat of the machine and the inverters is prevented.
