Control element for a vehicle
A control element for a vehicle is designed to change between a parking state and a driving state. In the parked state, the control element is designed to enable a driver to switch the vehicle from a parked state to a travel state. The control element also enables the vehicle driver to freely select a gear of the vehicle by changing from a parking state into a drive state.
Multi-axis gimbal mounting for controller providing tactile feedback for the null command
A gimbal support that senses rotational displacement and provides haptic feedback in one, two or three dimensions of a manually-operated control member used to generate control inputs using a single hand while also limiting cross-coupling.
MEDICAL DEVICE ACTUATOR LOCKS
A handle of a medical device may comprise an actuator; a lock movable relative to the actuator and having a feature movable relative to the actuator; and a rack having plurality of teeth separated from one another by a plurality of gaps. The lock may be configured to move the feature from (a) a first configuration, in which the feature is disposed in the gap, between two of the plurality of teeth, such that the two teeth inhibit the actuator from rotating; to (b) a second configuration, in which the feature is disposed outside of the gap, such that the actuator is rotatable. In the second configuration, the teeth may be disposed between the feature and the actuator.
OPERATING DEVICE
Provided is an operating device comprising: an operation part which is inserted into an insertion hole portion of a glass part and has a locking protrusion portion having a protruding shape on the side surface thereof; and a locking rotation part which is disposed in a position opposite to the side surface of the operation part so as to allow or lock the movement of the locking protrusion portion, the locking rotation part comprising: a frame part having an inner hole portion into which the operation part is inserted; and a hollow hole part rotatably disposed in the frame part and communicating with the inner hole portion.
Brake control system and method for autonomous vehicle control
A brake control system and method for autonomous vehicle control that includes a first brake pedal connected to a first brake arm, the first brake arm is connected to a first brake shaft, the first brake shaft extends a length between an upper end and lower end and includes a first actuator that expands and contracts in length. The lower end of the first brake shaft is operably connected to a first brake mechanism. An autonomous control system having a controller with microprocessor, memory and instructions is connected and controls operation of the first actuator. When the first brake shaft expands in length the first brake mechanism is engaged by the lower end of the first brake shaft thereby applying the brakes. The first brake mechanism is operable by depressing the first brake pedal in manual operation mode as well as by controlling the first actuator in autonomous operation mode.
Control apparatus for soil compacting apparatus, with handlebar and rotational speed lever
A control apparatus for a soil compacting apparatus which can be driven by a drive motor. The control apparatus includes a running-direction operating element, which is pivotable about a first axis, for predetermining a running direction of the soil compacting apparatus by an operator, and further includes a rotational-speed operating element, which is pivotable about a second axis, for setting a rotational speed of the drive motor. The first axis and the second axis are congruent and form a common pivot axis.
Haptic operator control device for a vehicle, and method
A haptic operator control device for a motor vehicle has a magnetorheological brake with a brake component that is fixed to a holder and a brake component that is continuously rotatable relative to the fixed brake component. A first of the brake components extends in an axial direction and has a magnetically conductive core which extends in the axial direction, and a second brake component has a hollow shell part that encircles the first brake component. An encircling gap between the brake components is filled with a magnetorheological medium. An electrical coil is accommodated in the brake housing. At least one star contour with magnetic field concentrators formed thereon is arranged between the shell part and the core. The magnetic field concentrators project radially into the gap to define a varying gap height in a region of the star contour.
THROTTLE OPERATING DEVICE
A throttle operating device includes a fixing member, a throttle lever, and a detection sensor. A drive source of the transport is configured to be controlled based on the rotational operation angle of the throttle lever detected by the detection sensor. The throttle lever is configured to be rotated in a forward direction and a reverse direction. When the throttle lever is rotated in the forward direction, the drive source of the transport can be controlled. When the throttle lever is rotated in the reverse direction, a predetermined device mounted on the transport can be operated or an operation of the predetermined device can be stopped.
Joystick assembly
A joystick assembly for use with a device including a joystick surface and a first magnet having north and south magnetic poles includes a second magnet having north and south magnetic poles and a movable elongated shaft having first and second opposing ends arranged along a major axis of the shaft. The first end of the shaft is coupled to the second magnet such that movement of the shaft results in movement of the second magnet relative to the first magnet such that a line between centers of the north and south magnetic poles of the second magnet is movable relative to a line between the north and south magnetic poles of the first magnet. An attraction of the second magnet to the first magnet results in a restoring force upon the shaft, and the shaft and the second magnet are removable from the joystick surface.
A MODULAR CONTROL APPARATUS FOR ACTUATING HYDRAULIC VALVE SYSTEMS
A modular control apparatus for actuating hydraulic valve systems includes an actuating section including a tilting control member and a plurality of control rods provided with a pusher, which interacts with the control member so as to translate the control rods in the longitudinal direction, a sensor section including a plurality of sensor members suitable to detect a movement in the longitudinal direction of said control rods and a blocking section comprising a blocking device that is capable of individually blocking in the longitudinal direction each of said control rods. The actuating section can be alternately connected to the blocking section or to the sensor section so that the sensor section can be directly connected to the actuating section, detecting the longitudinal movement of the control rods also if the blocking section is not present.
