Mobile cloud and mobile cloud computing for a user-customized survey or election service system and method are provided. The mobile cloud and mobile cloud computing-based user-customized survey or election service provides an editor's metadata frame for creating user-customized survey or election service contents to information devices including user's smartphone from a service server and a metadata description frame database for generating the editor's metadata frame and storing the user's contents to the service server.

In one embodiment, the instant disclosure provides a portable computing device that includes at least: a processor; a non-transient computer media; computer instructions, and where, when the processor executes the computer instructions, the portable computing device is programmed to: transmit an electronic request to establish a user session related to an event, where the electronic request includes a user-specific event-specific identifier that is uniquely related to a user and the event; display, during the user session, an user-specific app-like graphical user interface including: a first interface area displaying a text-based content related to the user-specific event-specific identifier and the event, a second interface area displaying a live virtual event content related to the user-specific event-specific identifier and the event, a graphical user interface element that has been programmed to automatically execute a user-specific action related to the event when a user activates the graphical user interface element in a single action.

A computer-implemented method, comprises providing, by a platform server configured to hold security assets on behalf of a plurality of user accounts, a plurality of user accounts hosted by the platform server, each of the plurality of user accounts holding shares of a common equity with associated shareholder voting rights. The platform server receives a request to send proxy voting rights, wherein the proxy voting rights indicate a desire of the first user to transfer a shareholder voting instruction to a second user. The platform server determines based on transaction history of one or more user accounts of the plurality of user accounts, one or more recommended proxy users for transferring the proxy voting rights. The platform server transmits to the application executing on the device associated with the first user, a request to select one of the recommended proxy users. Upon receiving a selected proxy user from the first user, the platform server provides the shareholder voting instruction to enable proxy voting by the selected proxy user on behalf of the first user.

A computer-implemented method, comprises providing, by a platform server configured to hold security assets on behalf of a plurality of user accounts, a plurality of user accounts hosted by the platform server, each of the plurality of user accounts holding shares of a common equity with associated shareholder voting rights. The system and method providing enhanced security ballot image records of the present invention includes an enhanced security ballot image tabulator and an enhanced security ballot image audit station. The tabulator processes each ballot of a plurality of ballots to be tabulated to provide an enhanced security ballot image record having diachronically and synchronically coordinated enhanced security ballot image files, each for another ballot of the plurality of ballots to be tabulated. The enhanced security ballot image record may be broadcast upon completion of tabulation and/or simulcast real time during tabulation or otherwise provided such as on a secure media upon completion of tabulation to the public or other parties interested in the tabulation of cast votes. The enhanced security audit station receives the enhanced security ballot image record and analyzes it to selectively identify out-of-bounds diachronic and/or synchronic security parameters. Any identified ballots may then be reviewed by election officials or other interested parties for validity and authentication purposes. The tabulator may be used to also produce images of the voter sign-in sheets, for the purpose of analytic correlation with the enhanced security files of the enhanced security ballot image record and their tabulation.

An authenticated group management system provides an improved approval process to create authenticated groups of linked accounts. In contrast to current systems in which a single gatekeeper reviews requests to add users to a group, the approval process utilized by the authenticated group management system enables each member of the authenticated group to review and respond to each request to add a prospective user. The more stringent approval process implemented by the authenticated group management system provides for a higher degree of authentication that each member of the authenticated group can be trusted, thereby increasing the security of content shared by the members of the authenticated group.

A system for remote voter verification, comprising a user device including a camera, the user device configured to generate registration request including a set of biometric information; a voting authority agent device configured to receive an indication of a failed registration attempt; and at least one registration processor, the at least one registration processor communicatively coupled to the remote user device and located remote from the user device, the at least one registration processor communicatively coupled to the voting authority agent device, the at least one registration processor configured to receive the registration request from the user device, evaluate a liveness status from the set of biometric information, generate the indication of a failed registration attempt in response to a negative liveness status, and send the indication of a failed registration attempt to the voting authority agent device for manual verification.
