METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR REMOTE VOTER IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND LIVENESS DETECTION IN AN ONLINE VOTING SYSTEM
A system for remote voter verification, comprising a user device including a camera, the user device configured to generate registration request including a set of biometric information; a voting authority agent device configured to receive an indication of a failed registration attempt; and at least one registration processor, the at least one registration processor communicatively coupled to the remote user device and located remote from the user device, the at least one registration processor communicatively coupled to the voting authority agent device, the at least one registration processor configured to receive the registration request from the user device, evaluate a liveness status from the set of biometric information, generate the indication of a failed registration attempt in response to a negative liveness status, and send the indication of a failed registration attempt to the voting authority agent device for manual verification.
CRYPTOGRAPHICALLY SECURED PAPER BALLOT VOTING SYSTEM
A cryptographically secured voting process that includes applying a blinding process on a voting serial number during registration to hide the vote serial number from a registration authority so there is no way for the registration authority to associate the voting serial number with an identity credential of a voter. The voting process may include applying to a ballot an encrypted voting ticket identifier where the ballot has vote selections, y, and the encrypted voting ticket identifier is s′(x), where, x is a voting ticket id, and function s′( ) is private signer function of an election authority. The voting ticket identifier may be randomly generated. The voting process furthermore including: applying to the ballot an error check hash of the vote selections and the encrypted voting ticket identifier where the error check hash=h(y+s′(x)), where y+s′(x) is a concatenation of y and s′(x).

EIS METHOD
This invention relates to a system for voting in national, state or local elections for election of officers or on any pertinent issue. The system is equally applicable to periodic polling of public opinion by any private or public agency on matters of public concern.
The system embodies the complete voting process beginning with the registration and identification of the eligible voter thru the ultimate count of the complete vote as well as an easy audit system. As such, it embodies and envisions new and novel techniques and procedures in which the combination of a number of new and novel devices and mechanisms are utilized.
This Voting system allows voters to securely vote online or at a polling location on paper ballots. This voting system allows every voter to receive an exact copy of the ballot submitted and a way to verify online that the ballot was counted correctly. This method allows the public to audit an election while every voter remains anonymous. This method of voting not only reduces the costs of elections and voter traffic at the polls, but insures an absolute honest election that is as fraud-proof as online banking.

System And Method For Conducting A Publicly Auditable Election With Secret Ballots
The present invention comprises a system and method of conducting a publicly auditable election using secret ballots. The invention allows an elector to verify their ballot has been counted towards the result of an election in the manner in which it was cast. The elector is capable of cryptographically proving if their ballot has been altered or deleted. Any interested individual or entity is capable of auditing the election using an anonymized database of published ballots.
