Beverage dispensing device with graphical representation of customized beverage selection
Systems and methods for dispensing compositions, such as beverages, are provided. A beverage dispenser may be configured to receive input corresponding to a selection of a beverage, and in response, a graphical representation of the beverage at a display device. The beverage dispenser may receive additional input corresponding to an adjustment of an amount of an ingredient of the selected beverage, and in response, the graphical representation of the beverage may be updated. The graphical representation of the beverage may include graphics depicting the beverage container, the volume of liquid in the beverage container, and the adjusted ingredient.
Automated item-level order fulfillment
A method of order fulfillment, and system for carrying out the method, includes storing individual items as inventory items in an automated storage and retrieval system and retrieving inventory items from the automated storage and retrieval system in response to an order for those inventory items. The retrieved inventory items are sorted into order batches and transported to an automatic induct for an automated put wall. The order batches are automatically inducted to the automated put wall as individual items. The individual items are segregated for each order at a location on the put wall that is assigned to that order. Individual items for an order are removed together from the automated put wall and transported together to a packing function.
AUTOMATIC TRANSACTION APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC TRANSACTION APPARATUS
An automatic transaction apparatus includes: a display device configured to display an operation screen; a contact sensor configured to detect a contact operation with respect to the operation screen; a non-contact sensor configured to detect a non-contact operation with respect to the operation screen; and processing circuitry configured to accept input with respect to the operation screen by selectively processing first signals from the contact sensor based on the contact operation or second signals from the non-contact sensor based on the non-contact operation.
SELF-SERVICE APPARATUS WITH THREE-LAYER SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
The present disclosure relates to a self-service apparatus having a three-layer system architecture, which includes an application-layer device, an intermediate-layer device, and bottom-layer peripheral devices. The application-layer device is configured to provide a user interface for self-service and control the entire self-service apparatus according to an interaction with the user to provide the user with required self-service, and comprises a first processor and a first memory. The first processor executes an application program stored in the first memory and communicates with the intermediate-layer device. The intermediate-layer device comprises a terminal control module which comprises a second processor and a second memory. The second processor communicates with the bottom-layer peripheral devices, and the second processor executes a control program stored in the second memory to control operations of the peripheral devices based on an instruction from the application-layer device. The peripheral devices do not communicate with the application-layer device directly.
Interface display method to reduce power consumption of electronic device with fingerprint sensor
An interface display method and an electronic device are provided. The interface display method comprises steps of: during processing an interface display request of an application program, determining whether the interface display request meets a preset condition or not (101); if the interface display request meets the preset condition, acquiring at least one fingerprint acquisition area according to the interface display request (102); displaying an interface according to the interface display request (103), and activating a fingerprint recognition sensor corresponding to the at least one fingerprint acquisition area (104); and if the interface display request does not meet the preset condition, displaying the interface according to the interface display request, and controlling the fingerprint recognition sensor of the electronic device to be in an inactive state (105). The method reduces the power consumption of the electronic device, and prolongs the service life of the electronic device.
INTERGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR FIRST AID KIT VENDING MACHINES AND METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to an integrated management system for first aid kit vending machines and a method thereof. The integrated management system for first aid kit vending machines of the present disclosure may integrally manage a plurality of first aid kit vending machines by managing position information for each of the plurality of first aid kit vending machines and information on a product for the first aid kit to be sold, and by monitoring the sale, stock and the like of each first aid kit vending machine in real time. According to the present disclosure, it is thus possible to enable fast supply of the product by automatically requesting an order for the product to the product supplier when the product stock in the first aid kit vending machine is less than or equal to the predetermined standard stock or the product is sold out.
Self-service and video communication terminal
A system and a method are disclosed for providing goods and services for purchase via a self-service and communication terminal unit and providing the ordered goods from a parcel terminal that is in communication with the communication terminal unit, and confirmation of ordered services from the communication unit.
Interactive vending machine
A vending machine has an interactive customer experience. Some embodiments of the vending machine include a transparent front wall with a plurality of display units located behind the front wall. Each of the display units may contain an example of a product available for vending. Based on input received from a customer and other information, the vending machine may provide a recommendation for a product or products to select for purchase. The vending machine may highlight the recommendation by selectively illuminating the product display units that contain the recommended products.
OBSTRUCTION DETECTION OF A TRANSACTION DEVICE DISPLAY SCREEN
In some implementations, a transaction device may include a display screen, at least one photosensitive sensor configured to detect a luminance of a viewing surface of the display screen, and one or more processors. The one or more processors may be configured to monitor an output of the at least one photosensitive sensor, determine that the output is indicative of an obstruction on the display screen based on the output indicating a change to the luminance of the viewing surface of the display screen, and disable one or more operations of the transaction device based on determining that the output is indicative of the obstruction on the display screen.
CONTACTLESS PRODUCT DISPENSING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A vending machine includes a housing defining a product storage compartment for storing products. The housing of the vending machine includes a delivery portal and a front portion having a transparent panel configured to allow a consumer to view the products within the product storage compartment. A row of products is arranged within the product storage compartment. A proximity sensor is arranged within the product storage compartment and corresponds to the row of products. The proximity sensor is configured to detect a hand of a consumer within a predetermined detection distance of the proximity sensor, and a product in the row of products is selected when the hand of the consumer is detected within the predetermined detection distance of the proximity sensor. The vending machine includes a dispensing mechanism configured to convey the selected product to the delivery portal.
