METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR MAINTAINING HYGENIC CONDITIONS IN AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES
Methods and systems are described for maintaining hygienic conditions in automatic teller machines by detecting whether or not a user is not in compliance with a hygienic standard. If a user is not in compliance, then the automatic teller machine may execute a hygienic action to cleanse the automatic teller machine. For example, the hygienic action may comprise automatically cleansing the automatic teller machine, disabling the automatic teller machine from service, transmitting a sanitation service request to an automatic teller machine provide, and/or initiating an alternative control scheme (e.g., voice controls, gesture-based controls, etc.) for the automatic teller machine.
AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE ("ATM") WITH FORENSIC CARD READER IDENTIFICATION VALIDATION
An ATM equipped with forensic card reader identification validation is provided. The ATM may include a real ID card slot. The real ID card slot may accept real ID cards. The ATM may include a call communications module. The call communications module may communicate with a third-party network. Upon insertion of a real ID card at the ATM, the ATM may retrieve security details from the real ID card. The ATM may transmit the security details to the third-party network via the call communications module. The third-party network may verify the security details with one or more databases which are accessible by the third-party network. Upon failure to verify the security details, the third-party network may transmit a failed verification response to the ATM.
UNIVERSAL CASSETTE FOR RECIRCULATION OF BILLS IN MULTIPLE SYSTEMS
A cassette for receiving and dispensing bills is disclosed. The cassette includes a sensor structured to detect a location of the cassette, and memory having stored thereon instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to transmit the location of the cassette to a remote computing device, determine that the location of the cassette has changed, and generate an indication that the location of the cassette has changed.
Multi-factor automated teller machine (ATM) personal identification number(PIN)
An automated teller machine (ATM) may include an input component and one or more processors. The input component may be configured to detect multi-factor input associated with an account. The multi-factor input may include at least two of: a sequence of characters input via the input component, a force with which at least one character, of the sequence of characters, is input via the input component, a length of time over which at least one character, of the sequence of characters, is input via the input component, or a combination of at least two characters, of the sequence of characters, that are input concurrently via the input component. The ATM may receive the multi-factor input, validate the multi-factor input in association with the account, and selectively permit or deny access to one or more actions associated with the account based on validating the multi-factor input.
Self-Service Terminal Device
The utility model belongs to the technical field of outdoor self-service equipment and offers complete self-service terminal equipment, an IP-55 rated housing, a front plate assembly installed on the front of the housing, which has the outdoor rated printer, payment devices, and a scanner. This front plate assembly makes it easy to change the pinpad devices according to the customer's needs. An optional detachable vandal door is also available to protect the investment after hours. It's a lightweight 6-7 kgs door that can be attached and detached easily.
Sheet processing apparatus
A sheet processing apparatus in the present invention operates in a self-service mode, in which a user does not receive operation support provided by an operation assistant, and a non-self-service mode, in which the user receives the operation support. The sheet processing apparatus includes an inlet that takes in sheets in a deposit process, a transport section that transports the sheets taken in from the inlet, storage sections that store the sheets transported by the transport section, and a control section that causes the transport section in such a way as to transport the sheets to the storage sections on a basis of storage conditions for storing the sheets in the storage sections. The control section changes the storage conditions for at least one of the storage sections between the self-service mode and the non-self-service mode.
Security container cassette for banknotes or values for ATM (automated teller machine)
A security container cassette for banknotes or values for Cash machines, ATM, and the like is provided, defining an internal volume and including: a first container arranged in the internal volume and close to an external portion of the security container cassette and banknotes and values, the first container having an internal volume separated from the external portion of the security container cassette by at least one separating wall, including passage windows or weakened upper portions, the first container being designed to contain marking fluid.
Gaming machine and method with a bonus symbol array
A gaming machine comprises a display and an electronic controller for playing a first game. The electronic controller is configured to randomly determine whether to display one or more bonus symbols in the first game, each bonus symbol being associated with a bonus value award. Where a trigger event occurs during the first game, such as the appearance of a predetermined order of bonus symbols, electronic controller is configured to display an array of the bonus symbols on the display or optionally on another display. Where bonus symbols appear in further plays of the first game or plays of a second game, the bonus symbols are added to the array and bonus symbols present on the array are sequentially transferred to a win meter, which increments by the amount of the associated bonus value award of each transferred bonus symbol.
Computer-based systems configured to detect fraudulent activities related to card-transacting devices and methods of use thereof
Systems and methods of detecting fraudulent activity including skimmers adapted to compromise transacting devices such as automated teller machines (ATMs) are disclosed. In one embodiment, an exemplary computer-implemented method may comprise determining that a subject device has a risk level higher than a risk threshold, providing a push notification to a mobile device proximal to the subject device, executing a software application executed by the mobile device for gathering information and transmitting feedback regarding the subject device, and providing an incentive, upon receipt of the feedback, to, for example, an account or device associated with an individual involved with the feedback or interaction with the device.
Maintaining secure access to a self-service terminal (SST)
A memory device is interfaced to a SST; an identifier and, optionally, an invalid identifier list are received from the device. The invalid identifier list is updated to the SST when the invalid identifier list is a more recent version of a SST invalid identifier list. The identifier is invalidated when the identifier is matched in the invalid identifier list or when an expiration date associated with the identifier has expired. When the identifier is invalid, access to administrative features of the SST is denied; and when the identifier is valid access to the administrative features is granted.
