Mixed Reality Content Generation
A mixed reality (MR) training system includes an identification algorithm (ML1) that identifies incidents of concern (IOCs) based on an incident report data set and related contextual data. Each IOC occurs in the data set with a frequency at least equal to a pre-determined threshold or the resulting consequence is at least equal to a different pre-determined threshold. The system also includes a prediction algorithm (ML2) configured to identify predicted changes in the frequency or contextual data of incidents, an experience generation algorithm (ML3) configured to generate an MR training experience based on IOCs identified by ML1 and the predictions of ML2. A fourth algorithm (ML4) tailors and optimizes MR generated training experiences based, in part, on (i) changes in the incident report data or contextual data or (ii) performance data or biometric response data received during or after a user's interaction with the MR training experience.
ORAL FUNCTION VISUALIZATION SYSTEM, ORAL FUNCTION VISUALIZATION METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM MEDIUM
An oral function visualization system includes: an outputter that outputs information for prompting a user to utter a predetermined voice; an obtainer that obtains an uttered voice of the user uttered in accordance with the output; an analyzer that analyzes the uttered voice obtained by the obtainer; and an estimator that estimates a state of oral organs of the user from a result of analysis of the uttered voice by the analyzer. The outputter outputs, based on the state of the oral organs of the user estimated by the estimator, information for the user to achieve a state of the oral organs suitable for utterance of the predetermined voice.
DYNAMIC THREE DIMENSIONAL TEACHING AID
The present invention relates to a dynamic three-dimensional teaching aid that allows for alphabet teaching or storytelling for infants or children in diversified manners by dynamic movement of a teaching member with teaching content when the teaching member is moved, thereby stimulating indefinite curiosity and imagination of infants and children, meeting their learning ability, arousing interest not to be bored and to appear novel despite repeated use, and letting them actively participate in and focus on learning and that has a simplified structure, is easy to manipulate, and is accurately controllable for its movement. More specifically, the dynamic three-dimensional teaching aid is configured so that a first magnet 23 is moved under a teaching board 1 by a control rod 2, and a moving block 3 coupled with a teaching member 4 is placed, which includes an attractive force element to be attracted by the first magnet 23 and a second magnet 32, on a side of the attractive force element, to exert a repulsive force to the first magnet 23 to be rotated depending on changes in the moving direction.
HEALTH TESTING AND DIAGNOSTICS PLATFORM
Systems and methods for providing a universal platform for at-home health testing and diagnostics are provided herein. In particular, a health testing and diagnostic platform is provided to connect medical providers with patients and to generate a unique, private testing environment. In some embodiments, the testing environment may facilitate administration of a medical test to a patient with the guidance of a proctor. In some embodiments, the patient may be provided with step-by-step instructions for test administration by the proctor within a testing environment. The platform may display unique, dynamic testing interfaces to the patient and proctor to ensure proper testing protocols and accurate test result verification.
User terminal apparatus and control method thereof
A user terminal apparatus is provided. The user terminal apparatus includes a camera configured to obtain a captured image; a storage configured to store a food intake history; a processor configured to extract a food image from the captured image and determine a food type of a food item included in the captured image based on feature information of the extracted food image and the previously stored food intake history; and a display configured to display relevant information about the determined food type.
Food intake monitor
Systems and methods for monitoring food intake include an air pressure sensor for detecting ear canal deformation, according to some implementations. For example, the air pressure sensor detects a change in air pressure in the ear canal resulting from mandible movement. Other implementations include systems and methods for monitoring food intake that include a temporalis muscle activity sensor for detecting temporalis muscle activity, wherein at least a portion of the temporalis muscle activity sensor is coupled adjacent a temple portion of eyeglasses and disposed between the temple tip and the frame end piece. The temporalis muscle activity sensor may include an accelerometer, for example, for detecting movement of the temple portion due to mandibular movement from chewing.

Walking training system, non-transitory storage medium storing control program for walking training system and control method for walking training system
A walking training system includes a treadmill configured to prompt a trainee to walk, a display device installed such that the trainee views the display device while walking on the treadmill, a camera configured to image the trainee at an angle of view at which a gait of the trainee is recognizable, a calculation unit configured to calculate a tilt of a body core of the walking trainee based on an image captured by the camera, and a display control unit configured to control the display device to display a body core line associated with the tilt, and an index indicating at least an end of a permissible range of a deflection of the body core line.
Customization of help information based on EEG data
A method is implemented by a computing device for helping a particular user use a user interface (UI). Electroencephalography (EEG) data is obtained that indicates brain activity of a particular user during a period in which that user views the UI and/or interprets help information that describes how to use the UI. Based on the EEG data, the computing device selects, from among multiple predefined cognitive states, the one or more cognitive states that characterize the particular user during the period. The computing device assists the particular user to use the UI by customizing the help information for the particular user based on the one or more selected cognitive states. A complementary computing device and computer program product are also disclosed.
