CLOCK CONTROL METHOD AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE THEREOF
A clock control method for a High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) receiver operating in a power-saving mode in a sink device is provided. The HDMI receiver has a first module, a second module, and a third module. The clock control method includes the following stages. A clock signal is enabled to be sent to the first module and the third module during a first region of received data. The clock signal is disabled to be sent to the second module during the first region of the received data. The clock signal is enabled to be sent to the third module and the clock signal is disabled to be sent to the first module and the second module during a second region of the received data.
ABNORMALITY DETECTION DEVICE AND ABNORMALITY DETECTION METHOD
An abnormality detection device detects an abnormality of a screen display displayed on a display. The abnormality detection device is configured to monitor screen display data displayed by the display; determine, based on the screen display data and a user operation regarding the screen display performed by a user, whether or not the screen display has transitioned according to the user operation; extract a screen region which is a target of transition by the user operation within the screen display as a target region; and compare the screen display data corresponding to the target region of when the user operation was performed with the screen display data corresponding to the target region of after a lapse of a predetermined period from the user operation, so as to determine whether or not the screen display has transitioned; and when the screen display does not transition within the predetermined period, determine that the screen display is in a freeze state of being unresponsive to the user operation.
Display apparatus and method of driving the same
A display apparatus is disclosed. The display apparatus includes a display panel including first pixels and second pixels, and a display panel driver which drives the display panel. In a first mode, the display panel driver drives both the first pixels and the second pixels. In a second mode, the display panel driver drives the second pixels in a first part for one frame, and drives the first pixels in a second part for the one frame.
Link bandwidth improvement techniques
One embodiment provides a video transport system. The video transport system includes graphics processing circuitry to generate a video transport unit (TU) corresponding to a scan line of a first video frame that is unchanged from a second video frame, wherein the video TU includes a control sequence and an unchanged data payload corresponding to a defined number of pixels of the scan line of the first video frame. The video transport system of this embodiment also includes source tunneling bridge circuitry to generate a bus TU based on the video TU; the source tunneling bridge circuitry to parse the control sequence or the unchanged data payload of the video TU, and to generate the bus TU having a header that includes a field to identify the defined number of pixels of the unchanged data payload, and to eliminate, in whole or in part, the unchanged data payload in the bus TU.
METHOD, APPARATUS, DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM FOR INFORMATION DISPLAY
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a method, apparatus, device and storage medium for information display are provided. The method comprises in response to a target multimedia content to be presented to a first user, determining whether the first user has a permission to view a clear version of the target multimedia content. If it is determined that the first user has no permission to view the clear version of the target multimedia content, displaying a blurred version of the target multimedia content; and displaying an interactive information item associated with the target multimedia content in a clear mode. In this way, the interactive information items associated with the multimedia content can be displayed while the blurred version of the multimedia content is displayed, so as to provide more rich and interesting information display.
Continuous glucose monitor communication with multiple display devices
A continuous glucose monitor for wirelessly transmitting data relating to glucose value to a plurality of displays is disclosed, as well as systems and methods for limiting the number of display devices that can connect to a continuous glucose transmitter. In addition, security, including hashing techniques and a changing application key, can be used to provide secure communications between the continuous glucose transmitter and the displays. Also provided is a continuous glucose monitor and techniques for authenticating multiple displays, providing secure data transmissions to multiple displays, and coordinating the interaction of commands and data updates between multiple displays.
Controlling a display based on a proximity of a portable device
A method secures a computer display. One or more processors detect whether there is a presence of an authorized portable device proximate to the computer display. Based on what the processor(s) detect, the processor(s) apply a rule, which is based on one or more portable devices being proximate to the computer display, to selectively continue or end a current session on the computer display.
System and method for providing digital content
A method of electronically displaying glyphs. The method includes receiving a glyph spacing, moving a first glyph toward a second glyph along an axis, identifying an intersection of a first axis coordinate of the first glyph with a second axis coordinate of the second glyph, and moving at least one of the glyphs along the axis to separate the first and second axis coordinates of the respective first and second glyphs by the glyph spacing.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING DISPLAY DEVICE
The present disclosure provides a display device and a method for operating the display device. The display device includes a night vision mode and a normal mode, and the display device includes a plurality of visible light display units and a plurality of invisible light display units. The method includes driving the visible light display units and turning off the invisible light display units in the normal mode, and driving the invisible light display units and turning off the visible light display units in the night vision mode.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF OPERATING A DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device includes a display panel including first pixels arranged in a first row and second pixels arranged in a second row. A viewing angle of the first pixels is different from a viewing angle of the second pixels. The first pixels and the second pixels are disposed in a privacy region of the display panel and a public region of the display panel which is different from the privacy region. The display device further includes a panel driver configured to receive privacy region position information indicating a position of the privacy region, and drive the display panel such that the first pixels emit light in the privacy region of the display panel and the second pixels emit light in the public region of the display panel.
