Foldable stringed instrument
A foldable stringed instrument having a neck and/or body that may assume a reduced profile by folding an upper neck portion away from the playing position through the use of a translating bridge assembly and a translating truss assembly, wherein the foldable stringed instrument is capable of housing or otherwise being coupled to any of a variety of electronics or electrical components (e.g. a smart phone or tablet computer) having one or more applications (apps) for driving the operation, functionality and/or effects associated with the foldable stringed instrument.

Automated string player
Invention is an attachment to any stringed instrument with a neck and fretboard/fingerboard that enables the stringed instrument to play itself. The invention comprises of a picking system, a fretting system, and an interface that allows a user to select what music they would like to play on the stringed instrument. The picking and fretting systems are releasably attached to the stringed instrument. Permanent modifications to the stringed instrument are not required to install the automated string player attachments.

DECORATING GUITARS WITH UV TRANSFER PROCESS
A transfer method utilizing partially cured radiation sensitive ink to transfer a onto a contoured or uneven surface area of a guitar body by a transfer method. Specifically, a transfer material has a surface that is printed with a radiation sensitive ink. The desired design may be printed to the surface and partially cured by exposing the radiation sensitive ink to appropriate radiation. Thereafter, the surface of the transfer material may be brought into facing engagement with the contoured surface of the guitar body such that the printed and partially cured design is disposed between the contoured surface and the transfer material. The design may be transferred to the contoured surface by, for example, application of pressure to an opposite side of the transfer material using a burnisher or the like. Once transferred, the design may be fully cured by exposing the now transferred radiation sensitive ink to appropriate radiation.
DEVICE FOR GUITAR
A hand-operated device for use with a guitar to operate an external or internal sound signal processing device, wherein the hand-operated device can be actuated by a hand used in the strumming of the guitar. The device can be mounted to the body of the guitar and in proximity to the strings of the guitar. The device includes a switch or lever that can be actuated by the guitarists and the actuation of the switch results in a signal to operate the external or internal sound signal processing device, wherein the signal is sent by a transmitter also disposed within a housing of the device.

INSTRUMENT STAND SYSTEM
A manufacture for supporting a guitar having a neck and a base that extends downward from a distal end of said neck, the apparatus comprising a neck cradle and a leg that comprises a first section, the first section extending downward from the neck cradle, wherein the neck cradle comprises a first face, a second face, and a third face that is opposite the second face, wherein the first section of the leg comprises a first surface, and wherein the first face comprises a curved section that extends between the second and third faces and that supports a neck of a guitar, as a result of which, when the first face supports the guitar, there exists a force vector having first and second components.
