SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SUGGESTING VIDEO FRAMING
A video may include a capture of a scene, such as a wide-field of view capture of the scene. Context of the video may be assessed and used to suggest framing of the video. The framing of the video may be presented within a user interface. A user may select, through the user interface, the framing to be used in generating presentation of the video.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR PLAYING VIDEO AND METHOD FOR PLAYING VIDEO
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a communication circuit, a memory which stores instructions, and a processor operatively connected to the communication circuit and the memory. The processor may be configured to determine a first output frame rate on the basis of a display refresh rate, output, through the display, first playback video data having a first playback frame rate, receive a user input which enables the first playback frame rate to change to a second playback frame rate, change, in response to the user input, the frame rate of the first playback video data to the second playback frame rate, and output, through the display, first corrected video data generated to have the first output frame rate from the first playback video data having the second playback frame rate.
VIDEO PROCESSING METHOD, VIDEO PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
This disclosure relates to a video processing method, a video processing apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium. The video processing method includes: providing a translator with a video to be translated, and providing, in-feed in the video, the translator with an interactive interface for translating an original caption in the video, on which a translation of the original caption is comprised; entering a proofreading page in response to an edit request of the translator for the translation; receiving a caption translation returned by the translator from the proofreading page; and displaying, in the video, a caption translation passing assessment.
APPARATUS, SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TRICK FUNCTION VIEWING OF MEDIA CONTENT
Systems and methods provide presentation control of media content. An exemplary embodiment receives media content that is currently received in a broadcasted media content stream; presents on a display a first presentation area, wherein the first presentation area presents a video portion of the media content; receives a user command that initiates a video presentation trick function; and presents in response to the user command a second presentation area, wherein the second presentation area presents the video portion of the media content in accordance with the video presentation trick function, and wherein the first presentation area and the second presentation area are concurrently presented on the display.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING PLAYING PROGRESS OF MEDIA FILE
The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for adjusting playing progress of a media file. The method includes acquiring a first operation performed by a user with respect to a progress bar of the media file; determining whether the first operation satisfies a preset operation condition; when the first operation satisfies the preset operation condition, determining a progress adjusting rule corresponding to the preset operation condition; and determining a playing progress point of the media file according to the progress adjusting rule and a second operation performed by the user with respect to the progress bar of the media file.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING A SLOW MOTION VIDEO STREAM CONCURRENTLY WITH A NORMAL-SPEED VIDEO STREAM UPON DETECTION OF AN EVENT
Methods and systems for providing a video stream along with a slow motion video showing a particular event depicted in the video stream are described herein. The method includes generate a first video generating a first video stream and generating a second video stream, which is a slow motion video stream, from the first video stream by modifying a playback speed of the first video stream. The method includes monitoring content of the first video stream to identify an event trigger of a predefined set of event triggers. Each event trigger indicates a presence in the first video stream of an event that is to be generated for display using the second video stream. The method includes determining, based on the identifying of the event trigger, to transmit the second video stream along with the first video stream, and simultaneously transmitting both the first video stream and the second video stream.
Systems, Methods, and Devices for Synchronization of Vehicle Data with Recorded Audio
A method for post-processing to synchronize audio data with vehicle data includes generating an artificial sound data based on time-series vehicle data. The method includes determining an offset that maximizes cross-correlation between the artificial sound data and recorded audio data. The method also includes shifting one or more of the time-series data and the recorded audio data relative to each other in time based on the offset. The shift may be used to generate or render a synchronized set of time-series data and recorded audio data.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE DISPLAYING INTERFACE FOR EDITING VIDEO DATA AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SAME
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes at least one processor configured to obtain at least one first video data based on a first frame rate and at least one second video data based on a second frame rate that is higher than the first frame rate, when a request for playing video data is received, control the touchscreen to display a playing screen for the video data on a region, when a request for an editing interface is received while the playing screen is displayed, control the touchscreen to display a progress bar to indicate a full video section, the progress bar including at least one first video section corresponding to the at least one first video data and at least one second video section corresponding to the at least one second video data, and control the touchscreen to display at least some of at least one representative image.
Systems and methods for providing a slow motion video stream concurrently with a normal-speed video stream upon detection of an event
Methods and systems for providing a video stream along with a slow motion video showing a particular event depicted in the video stream are described herein. The method includes generating a first video stream and generating a second video stream, which is a slow motion video stream, from the first video stream by modifying a playback speed of the first video stream. Each event trigger indicates a presence in the first video stream of an event that is to be generated for display using the second video stream. The method includes determining, based on the identifying of the event trigger, to transmit the second video stream along with the first video stream, and simultaneously transmitting both the first video stream and the second video stream.
Fast playback in media files with reduced impact to speech quality
The present invention is a computer program product and method for increasing the playback speed of audio or other media files. The computer program product and method identifies pedagogic media files and adds a flag to the metadata of the media file. The flag represents the number and type of pauses or silent sections in the pedagogic media file. Based on the flag, the computer program product and method may fast forward or remove a portion of the pauses and silent sections to provide a new playback speed.
