SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR VISUALIZING STRUCTURAL VARIATION AND PHASING INFORMATION
A system for providing structural variation or phasing information is provided. The system accesses a nucleic acid sequence dataset corresponding to a target nucleic acid in a sample. The dataset comprises a header, synopsis, and data section. The data section comprises a plurality of sequencing reads. Each sequencing read comprises a first portion corresponding to a subset of the target nucleic acid and a second portion that encodes an identifier for the sequencing read from a plurality of identifiers. One or more programs in the memory of the system use a microprocessor of the system to provide a haplotype visualization tool that receives a request for structural variation or phasing information from the dataset. The request is evaluated against the synopsis thereby identifying portions of the data section. Structural variation or phasing information is formatted for display in the haplotype visualization tool using the identified portions of the data section.

Method and system for multiplex primer design
A method and system for selection of a primer set for a set of target sequences includes: identifying candidate fragments upon performance of a comparison operation with the set of target sequences; identifying a forward subset of unique forward candidates and a reverse subset of unique reverse candidates; reducing the forward subset and the reverse subset based on a filtering operation; performing an in silico search operation with the reduced forward subset and the reduced reverse subset; generating a set of candidate degenerate primers based on the in silico search operation and a base mismatch criterion; generating a reduced set of candidate degenerate primers upon filtering the set of candidate degenerate primers according to the set of primer criteria; and selecting forward primer subsets that amplify the set of target sequences and identifying a reverse primer subset for each of the forward primer subsets with an in silico PCR operation.

Test mass compensation of mass measurement drift in a microcantilever resonator
The present disclosure provides methods and mechanisms for measuring small masses attached to a substrate within a microcantilever. Specifically, the disclosure describes the measurement of small particles accumulated at a substrate that cannot be flowed through a microchannel within a microcantilever. A resonance measurement is acquired at a first time. A pair resonance measurements is then acquired at a second point in timeone with the test mass at a first position off or along the microcantilever, the second with the test mass at a second position along the microcantilever. Comparing the resonance frequencies determined for the two test mass positions allows for disambiguation of changes in the mass of the particles from changes in the resonant behavior of the microcantilever itself.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING RIPENING CONDITIONS OF CLIMACTERIC FRUITS
This disclosure relates generally to managing ripening conditions of climacteric fruits and more particularly to a system and method for managing ripening conditions of climacteric fruits using Artificial neural network (ANN) model. The method includes obtaining levels of environment condition parameters associated with ripening of the climacteric fruit over time at periodic intervals by using an enclosure enclosing the climacteric fruit. A respiration rate of the climacteric fruit is computed based at least on the levels of the environment condition parameters using Michaelis Menten kinetics model. A level of ethylene is monitored to determine a climacteric peak of Ethylene for the climacteric fruit. The climacteric peak is indicative of complete natural ripening of the climacteric fruit. An ANN model predicts optimal ripening condition of the climacteric fruit based on the respiration rate of the climacteric fruit and the climacteric peak of ethylene.
