A system and method for analyzing risk and providing risk mitigation instructions. The system receives analyzes sensor data and other data corresponding to a user to determine a test group. The system uses the test group to determine a risk score, and, subsequently, a risk mitigation strategy. Machine learning techniques are implemented to refine how the test group, risk score, and mitigation are each selected.

Computer implemented methods are disclosed. The methods may include receiving historical data comprising at least one of provider data and patient data, and processing, using a processor, the historical data to identify one or more patterns. The method also may include generating one or more decision models from the historical data and the decision patterns, and providing one or more recommendations based on the one or more decision models.

The computer system further comprises a) editing information pertaining to an individual for viewing by a user; b) populating data fields of an information request using formatted data; c) determining preventative action relating to an indicated negative outcome and transmitting a signal for initiating preventative action; d) determining whether a caregiver action was appropriate; and e) determining an action to satisfy an indicated need and transmitting a signal for initiating that action.

Disclosed is a system and method for predictive risk assessment and intervention including a risk assessment unit that receives survey data from a remotely connected survey device. The survey data comprises information about the social and cultural environment of one or more members of a risk population, including the member's perceptions of their social and environmental factors, the member's demographic data, and optionally publicly available data associated with the member's geographic environment. A predictive risk assessment unit analyzes perceived risk hierarchy inventories to generate a risk portfolio for each surveyed member of the population, which risk portfolio may include a risk predictive quotient profile for each such member assigning a numeric value indicating a likelihood of that member engaging in certain negative activities, a recommendation of interventions that are determined to reduce the likelihood of such member engaging in those negative activities, and preferably a record of success and/or failure of various interventions in reducing that risk. Intervention partners then administer the interventions to the surveyed members, record the success or failure of such intervention in preventing the identified dangerous behavior, and transmit an intervention effectiveness report to the predictive risk assessment unit. The predictive risk assessment unit may then modify and recalibrate the survey instrument and the associated recommended intervention products and tools to maximize the successes of interventions.

According to the program, a computer obtains patient information related to a patient for whom catheter treatment is performed, and treatment information related to the catheter treatment to be performed on the patient. Furthermore, the computer outputs a treatment time and a fee required for the catheter treatment based on the obtained patient information and treatment information.

An information processing device, information processing method, and program which, acquire medical information collected when catheter treatment is performed on a patient; calculate a score related to a prognosis for each of a plurality of complications that may occur according to the catheter treatment on the basis of the acquired medical information; identify one or a plurality of complications at risk among the plurality of complications on the basis of the calculated score; retrieve a similar case having a score similar to the score calculated from a storage unit configured to store information regarding a complication that has occurred in the past and a score related to the prognosis calculated for the complication in association with each other; and output information on the complication identified by the identification unit and information on the similar case retrieved from the storage unit.
