INTERNAL TEAT SEALANTS AND THEIR USE IN THE PREVENTION OF BOVINE MASTITIS IN THE DRY COWB
An intramammary syringe contains a seal formulation for forming a physical barrier in the teat canal of a non-human animal. The syringe contains a reduced volume of from 0.25 ml to 2.0 ml of the seal formulation. The problem of ascending sealant during the dry period is solved.
Injection apparatus
An injection apparatus for injecting a medicament into a patient, the injection apparatus has a stationary head and a movable head that is movable with respect to the stationary head. A needle is attached to a needle holder that is held by the movable head and by the stationary head. When the movable head is urged rearwardly, a front edge of the needle moves forwardly with respect to a front face of the movable head.

Dart syringe projectile
A dart syringe projectile includes a tubular body front and rear ends and a bore extending between said ends. A needle assembly is mounted on the body front end and a tail assembly is mounted on the body rear end. The body bore or the tail assembly receives a striker, a percussion cap positioned in front of the striker, an explosive charge positioned in front of the percussion cap and a plunger positioned in front of the explosive charge. A reservoir cavity in front of the plunger receives a substance for injection. The dart syringe projectile has a flight configuration with the substance in the reservoir cavity and an injection configuration with the plunger propelled forwardly by the explosive charge and the substance discharged from discharge ports in the needle, which are in spaced relation behind a needle tip.

BALLISTIC DELIVERY METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INJECTABLE FORMULATIONS
A system and method of humanely dosing a human or animal with a formulation at a distance. A system capable of dosing a recipient with a formulation having a mass between 10 and 500 grains propelled at low-to-medium ballistic velocities (300 to 800 feet per second) and with medium-to-long range ballistic accuracy (10 to over 100 yards) without causing serious physical harm to, nor the death of, the recipient.

SUBSTANCE DELIVERY TO ANIMALS
A method of delivering a substance to an animal includes using a controller to topically deliver an initial dosage amount of a substance to a skin of an animal, followed by one or more subsequent dosages of the substance to the skin of the animal. The initial dosage amount comprises a plurality of sub-initial doses delivered at discrete time intervals separated from one another by time gaps with no dosage delivered during the gaps and a total amount of the sub-initial doses equals the initial dosage amount.
WILDLIFE TRACKING SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a system for tracking wildlife such as game animals. The tracking system includes a drone that has a camera and a dart dispenser that dispenses a dart with a location transmitter. The drone sends images from the camera to a remote controller, where a user pilots the drone and observes animals for disease or other behaviors, and sends instructions to dispense the dart. The real-time location of the dart is then provided to a mobile application for use in tracking or hunting the animal.
Dart and dart retainer
The invention relates to a dart (10) comprising a body, the body defining a chamber (24) having a plunger located therein to operatively deliver a substance through a hypodermic needle (32) extending through a front end of the body, and a retainer comprising a barb body locatable on the hypodermic needle (32) characterised in that the barb body is threaded. The invention further relates to a dart retainer, wherein the retainer comprises of a threaded barb body locatable on a hypodermic needle (32) of a dart (10).
