Wire connection boot assembly
The invention relates to a method of connecting electrical wires, conductors, or connections together by rotating the connector ends in an enclosure to tightly twist the wire ends together and also includes a clamping mechanism to prevent the wires from untwisting, becoming loose, or falling out of the enclosure. The present invention increases the holding ability of current rotating tools for electrical wires and connections.
CONTINUOUS ROTATION CABLE FOR SURGICAL INSTRUMENT
A coupling for an electrosurgical cable of a surgical instrument includes insulative contact collars arranged in a stack-like manner, each contact collar having a flange supporting a contact ring thereon. The contact rings configured for electrical engagement with electrical leads of the electrosurgical cable. Contact wires configured to engage corresponding contact rings at one end and a jumper wire at the other end thereof, the jumper wires, in turn, couple to an activation switch of the surgical instrument. A locking bobbin envelops the contact collars to lock contact wires in secure engagement with the contact rings. The locking bobbin locks within the surgical instrument preventing the contact wires from rotating within the surgical instrument while permitting the contact collars, the contact rings and the electrosurgical cable to rotate relative to the surgical instrument.
NOISE FILTER AND WIRE HARNESS
The present invention provides a noise filter that can provide a wire linking a power source and a load along a desired path regardless of an installation location of the noise filter. A noise filter is connected to a wire of a wire harness linking a power source and a load and eliminates noise transmitted from the power source to the load. The noise filter includes a housing, a capacitor that is housed inside the housing, a ground terminal that is connected to the capacitor, and a noise filter wire that has a first end connected directly to the capacitor and a second end connected by splicing to a middle portion of the wire of the wire harness.
Photovoltaic Power Device and Wiring
Various implementations described herein are directed to employing photovoltaic strings including a photovoltaic power device with a specialized wiring configuration, which enables high string efficiency without incurring excessive wiring costs. Implementations may include a cable built into photovoltaic generators that carry one portion of the current, and other portions of the current may be carried by direct-current (DC) or alternating-current (AC) cables bypassing the photovoltaic generators.
Cochlear implants including electrode arrays and methods of making the same
A method of forming an electrode array includes the steps of positioning a workpiece on a mold part, compressing the workpiece into the mold part to form a contact, and introducing resilient material into the mold part to form a flexible body.
Communication cable and crimping member
A twisted pair cable includes a twisted portion in which two communication wires are twisted each other and an untwisted portion in which the two communication wires are untwisted. The terminal is connected to a tip part of the untwisted portion. A crimping member includes a barrel portion crimped to an end part of the twisted portion on the side of the untwisted portion and a non-crimping portion extending from the barrel portion toward the untwisted portion and not crimped to the twisted pair cable. The non-crimping portion includes a facing portion facing the two communication wires in the untwisted portion and rising portions rising from both end part in a direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the untwisted portions in the facing portion. The rising portions surround the two communication wires together with the facing portion.
Coupler between a coaxial connector and a coaxial cable
A coupler (100; 100′) between a first coaxial connector and a coaxial cable (10) has a first coaxial connector with an inner conductor (2), at least one hollow cylindrical insulator part (27; 271, 272) and a hollow cylindrical outer conductor (1) and a first spring sleeve (9) for accommodating an outer conductor (11) of the coaxial cable (10), which spring sleeve is connected to the outer conductor (1) of the first coaxial connector. In addition, the coupler (100; 100′) in accordance with the invention has a locking device, which is axially movable relative to a longitudinal axis of the first coaxial connector and is supported on a conically realized outer surface (20) at a distal end of the first spring sleeve (9). The outer conductor (1) of the first coaxial connector is connected to the locking device via a bayonet connection.
Resin composition, anisotropic conductive film including the same, and electronic device
Disclosed is a resin composition that contains conductive particles, a resin component and a curing agent. The conductive particles contain solder, and the resin component contains an epoxy resin and a phenoxy resin. The curing agent contains a first compound having at least one thiol group and a second compound having an amino group.
POLE SANDER
A handheld pole sander is provided including an elongate body having two ends, the elongate body including a first pole and a second pole made partially of electrically conductive material and capable of sliding in and out of each other in a telescopic manner the first pole and second pole are made from electrically conductive material. An electric motor electrically controlled by control electronics is provided, and a sanding head is attached via a pivot mechanism to a first end of the elongate body. At least one seal is located between overlapping parts of the first pole and second pole. The seal includes an electrically conductive material and provides an electrical connection between the first pole and second pole. Alternatively, at least one electrical contact is provided between the first pole and second pole to provide an electrical connection between the first pole and second pole.
Connection structure of superconducting layer, superconducting wire, superconducting coil, and superconducting device
A connection structure of a superconducting layer of an embodiment incudes a first superconducting member including a first superconducting layer, and extends in a first direction, a second superconducting member including a second superconducting layer facing the first superconducting layer, and extends in the first direction, the second superconducting member having a first region, a second region, and a third region which is separated in the second direction from the second region, and a connection layer that contains a rare earth element (RE), barium (Ba), copper (Cu), and oxygen (O), and connects the first superconducting layer and the second superconducting layer. The first superconducting layer is present in a third direction between the second region and the third region, the third direction being perpendicular to the first direction and perpendicular to the second direction.
