Connector assembly for smart garments
A connector-and-cable assembly, including an electronic connector, such as a HDMI connector, having an outlet section and a multiplicity of elastic conductive stripes. Each of the elastic conductive stripes is conductively connected, at a first end, to a respective preconfigured outlet pin of the electronic connector. The second end of each of the elastic conductive stripes is preconfigured to operatively attach to a respective sensor, such as a textile electrode of a smart garment. Typically, at least one of the elastic conductive stripes is a textile based conductive stripe.
Bidirectional electrical connection socket, bidirectional electrical connection plug and combination thereof
The invention provides a bidirectional electrical connection plug, which can be bidirectionally inserted and connected to a standard electrical connection socket specified by USB Association, and comprises: an insulating base; and a fitting portion, which is disposed on one end of the insulating base, and can be inserted into the connection slot of the electrical connection socket; characterized in that the fitting portion has two contact interface substrates having the same height and facing each other and a fitting space, each of the two contact interface substrates has an insulating layer, an interval between two contact interface substrates is the fitting space, the fitting portion can be bidirectionally inserted into the connection slot of the standard electrical connection socket, the heights of the two contact interface substrates can be fit into the small space, and the plug has a positioning structure for positioning the insulating layers of the two contact interface substrates.
Swivel-type night light
A swivel-type night light includes a housing, a socket mechanism, a bulb mechanism, a switch, a fixed seat, an intermediate seat, a connecting seat, a bottom ring, a positive blade, a negative blade, a positive conducting plate, a negative conducting plate, and a conducting member. The positive blade has a first tongue contacting with the positive conducting plate. The negative blade has a second tongue contacting with the negative conducting plate. A bulb is mounted on the bulb mechanism and is electrically connected with the conducting member by an internal thread. The fixed seat is rotatable relative to the connecting seat through 360 degrees. A plastic ring is arranged between the positive conducting plate and the negative conducting plate to prevent the positive conducting plate and the negative conducting plate from contacting with each other.
Composite connector
A composite connector includes a first tongue, a second tongue, and multiple terminal units respectively arranged on the first tongue and the second tongue. Each of the terminal units includes four terminals independent from each other, which are respectively two non-high-speed differential signal terminals and a pair of high-speed differential signal terminals located between the two non-high-speed differential signal terminals. Terminals in each terminal unit are made of a same metal plate and are located on a same plane. There is no other terminal between adjacent two terminal units. A non-high-speed differential signal terminal of one terminal unit is adjacent to a non-high-speed differential signal terminal of an adjacent terminal unit.
Plug for conversion of lamps with two non-integrated 4-pin CFL bulbs
This invention is a device and method for converting a non-integrated CFL lamp from a two-bulb configuration into a one-bulb configuration.
Connector for mechanically and electrically connecting a chandelier to a ceiling electric box
A connector for mechanically and electrically connecting a luminaire to a ceiling electric box comprises a first connector member and a second connector member wherein the first connector member is mechanically connected to the ceiling electric box using mechanical fasteners passing through openings, and the first connector member is electrically connected by way of line wires. A second connector member is used, along with a loop member, for mechanically and electrically connecting a luminaire. The loop member has a hollow bolt member to allow for electric wires coming from the luminaire to pass through and electrically connect to pins located inside the second connector member.

Flat terminal and socket for electrical plug-and-socket connection
A flat terminal for a socket of an electrical plug-and-socket connection comprising: a terminal body formed by a metal strip; a connecting end extending from one of the axial ends of the terminal body; a contacting lug extending from the other of the axial ends of the terminal body, said contacting lug being bent back such that a gap remains between the terminal body and the contacting lug to form a resilient contact surface; and a protection against over-bending protruding into said gap to stop a movement of the contacting lug towards the terminal body in a defined distance from the terminal body.
Module interface
The invention relates to a module interface with a device-side connector provided on an electronic module with a number of contact elements. They are designed to form a plug-type connection with several corresponding plug-type connectors with different numbers of contact elements.
Micro plug connector including an anti-bending protrusion
A micro plug connector has an insulative housing with multiple mounting holes, multiple terminals respectively mounted in the mounting holes, and a shielding shell covering the insulative housing and the terminals. Each terminal has a mounting section mounted in the insulative housing, a welding section protruding backward from a rear end of the mounting section and protruding out of a rear portion of the insulative housing, and an electrical connection section protruding forward from a front end of the mounting section and partially exposed out of a corresponding one of the mounting holes. Each of at least one of the terminals has an anti-bending protrusion abutting against an inner top surface defined in the corresponding one of the mounting holes. The anti-bending protrusion prevents a distal end of the electrical connection section of the terminal from bending up and contacting the shielding shell by accident.
