High-current plug-in connector components and high-current plug-in connector
The present invention relates to a high-current plug-in connector component and a high-current plug-in connector. The high-current plug-in connector component comprises a plug body provided with a center hole and a cable connecting hole in an inner cavity thereof, a silver cap which is welded to an outer side of an opening of the center hole, an elastic rubber arranged in the center hole, and a preset soldering tin arranged at a bottom of an inner side of the cable connecting hole, wherein the plug is slotted into three to six petals so that the plug is expanded to form an expansion plug; a head of the high-current plug-in connector component and a heel part of the plug are in a plugging engagement with a socket component of a corresponding plug-in connector, so that the high-current plug-in connector component is in electrical contact with corresponding plug-in connector component.
Connector and Connector Assembly
The present invention discloses a connector and a connector assembly. The connector assembly has a first connector having a first housing and a second connector adapted to mate with the first connector and comprising a second housing. The first housing is adapted to be partially inserted into the second housing along an axial direction of the second housing, and an elastic latch for locking the second housing is formed on the first housing; a latch safety is installed on the second housing and movable along a circumferential direction of the second housing between a safety position to prevent the elastic latch from being unlocked and a pre-locking position to allow the elastic latch to be unlocked, a pushing part is formed on the first housing and adapted to push the latch safety to the pre-locking position at which the first housing is allowed to be inserted into the second housing. Therefore, in the present invention, before mating the first connector and the second connector, the operator does not need to check whether the latch safety has been reset to the pre-locking position. Thus, the mating operation of the first and second connectors is very simple and safe.

A vehicular camera includes a front housing portion, a first circuit board having an imager, a second circuit board in board-to-board electrical connection with the first circuit board, and a rear housing portion having a connector for electrically connecting to an electrical connection of a wire harness of a vehicle. The rear housing portion joined with the front housing portion forms a camera housing. The connector of the rear housing portion includes a multi-pin connector having at least three terminals that, with the rear housing portion joined with the front housing portion, electrically connect to respective terminals of the electrical connector at the second circuit board. An electrically conductive metallic shield element is disposed at the rear housing portion and contacts the electrical connector at the second circuit board. The vehicular camera is configured to be mounted at a rear portion of the vehicle and viewing rearward of the vehicle.
Photovoltaic module having an external electrical connector
A photovoltaic module having an external electrical connector is described. For example, the photovoltaic module may include a plug receptacle mounted on a module laminate, and a contact may extend from a photovoltaic cell within the module laminate into a plug channel of the plug receptacle. The plug receptacle may receive a mating electrical connector, e.g., an electrical plug, of off-panel electronics. Accordingly, the contact may be removably connected to the mating electrical connector, and the photovoltaic cell may be placed in electrical connection with the off-panel electronics.
Conductor connection device as well as printed circuit board and utility meter comprising same
A conductor connection device with a contact element at one side thereof, a printed circuit board with the conductor connection device, and a utility meter with the printed circuit board are provided. In order to reduce production costs of the conductor connection device without increasing the production costs of the printed circuit board or the utility meter and without affecting operational safety, the conductor connection device comprises a conductor clamping element that is accessible via the second side thereof, and the printed circuit board comprises a through-hole that is aligned with the conductor clamping element.
CONNECTION TERMINAL
The present invention provides a connection terminal to be fixed to a conductive portion provided on a glass plate for a vehicle. The connection terminal includes an installation portion having a fixing surface to be fixed to the conductive portion, a rising portion that extends from the installation portion in a direction away from the glass plate, a connection portion that is connected to the rising portion and has a power supply portion configured to supply power, and a solder attached to the fixing surface, in which the solder includes a protruding portion that protrudes from the fixing surface of the installation portion.
High pressure electrical connector cable for oil and gas applications
Downhole connection assemblies include a connector to receive a conductor and pin at opposite ends. The connector includes a first electrical collet, a separate second electrical collet and a sleeve. The first collet includes a first recess in a first end to receive the conductor and a second recess in a second end to receive the pin. The second collet is positioned around the pin and separated from the first collet. The sleeve is positioned around the pin, first collet and the second collet. Downhole cables include a center electrical conductor, a first insulator positioned around the center conductor, a second insulator positioned around the first insulator, and a pressure tube surrounding the second insulator. The cable further includes one or more slots extending axially along a length of the second insulator, or one or more slots extending axially along an inner diameter of the pressure tube.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION DEVICE
Provided is an electrical connection device (1) including a connector (2) having a hollow connecting cavity (21), each of two opposite sides of the connecting cavity is connected to a conductive plug (22) electrically coupled with the connecting cavity (21). The connecting cavity (21) is form by a plurality of flexible conductive materials. When in use, the grid-like connecting cavity (21) made of the flexible conductive materials can be elongated, compressed, or radially twisted, and is adaptive to changes in relative displacement at various angles at various angles in the axial direction or radial direction between different electrical connecting bases, thereby preventing degradation of performance of electrical connection due to the changes in relative displacement.
