A water resistant port and a method for using it are provided. The port comprises a moveable seal assembly coupled to a spring structure. The moveable seal assembly may comprise a plastic material on an inner surface and a seal material on an outer surface. When the spring structure is in a relaxed position, the moveable seal assembly is caused to create a seal with a gasket material coupled to a side wall of a port casing. The spring structure comprises a spring coupled to the moveable seal assembly at one end and to a guide at an opposite end in an interior portion of the port casing. The port casing comprises, on an interior surface, one or more electrical connectors adapted to receive one or more electrical contacts of an accessory plug when the spring structure is compressed and the moveable seal assembly is in an engaged position.

CONNECTOR

A connector is mateable with a mating connector along an up-down direction. The connector comprises a contact, a holding member and two reinforcing members. The holding member has an accommodation portion and an island-like portion. The island-like portion has two end portions in a first horizontal direction perpendicular to the up-down direction. The reinforcing members are positioned at the two end portions, respectively. Each of the reinforcing members has a guard portion and a supporter. The guard portion of each of the reinforcing members guards the corresponding end portion of the island-like portion. The guard portion has an upper surface, an embedded portion and an exposed coupling portion. The upper surface is exposed upward from the island-like portion in the up-down direction. The embedded portion is embedded into the island-like portion. The exposed coupling portion couples the upper surface and the embedded portion with each other.

A three-phase electrical connection system includes a socket, a plug, and a two-part magnetic indexing device with two parts, one being fastened to the socket and the other being integral with the plug. Both parts have an annular yoke and a magnet set comprising three permanent magnets. The yoke comprises ferromagnetic material, an axis of revolution, and at least one revolution support face formed in a plane transverse to the axis of revolution. The face is divided into three distinct annular portions, each of which extends one-hundred and twenty degrees of arc. The three magnets are attached to a distinct annular portion of the yoke and are spaced from one another by a first non-zero angular interval. The magnets all have the same magnetic orientation parallel to the axis of revolution. The magnets of the two part are attracted to each other.

Converter

The present disclosure provides a converter, including a housing and a three-pole plug pin assembly. The three-pole plug pin assembly includes a toggle button assembly, and the toggle button assembly is configured to be able to move between a first position and a second position. When the toggle button assembly is at the first position, the toggle button assembly is capable of driving an L-pole plug pin, an N-pole plug pin and an earth-pole plug pin to extend out of the housing. When the toggle button assembly is at the second position, the earth-pole plug pin is capable of being received in the housing under an action of a first elastic member.
