RAPID MOUNT WALL ANCHORING SYSTEM INCORPORATING A POWER FEED THROUGH CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A rapid mount wall anchoring/power delivery system to both mount electrical devices and deliver power to the devices through a series of mateable connectors. The wall anchoring system includes a rigid frame with a lip having an opening therein, a rearward extending sidewall surrounding the opening, rearwardly extending guide members extending rearward from the sidewalls, a rigid mounting plate within the opening, and means to secure the wall anchoring system to a wall. The rigid mounting plate is snap fit into the opening of the rigid frame and the mounting plate includes a second opening for the mateable connection of a power delivery connector assembly. The connector assembly includes at one end a generally L shaped connector that is preferably overmolded, the connector includes gripping means to facilitate mounting of the connector to the mounting plate second opening. The connector includes an end lip with a width wide enough to ensure a tight fit that is still capable of slidable engagement into the mounting plate second opening.
Tool Having an Inclined Handle
An example tool includes a housing; an inclined handle coupled to, and extending obliquely from, a top portion of the housing, where the inclined handle has a first trigger button and a second trigger button; and an interlocking mechanism disposed in the inclined handle. The interlocking mechanism is configured to disable one of the first trigger button or the second trigger button while the other of the first trigger button or the second trigger button is triggered.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE
A system for electrical infrastructure maintenance includes a cutter arrangement configured for insertion into an electrical conduit and operable to cut around at least a portion of a perimeter of an electrical cable disposed within the conduit. A gripper arrangement is operable to capture a portion of the electrical cable, and a motor arrangement may be used to rotate and move linearly the cutter arrangement and the gripper arrangement.

Installation fixture for installing devices on power lines
An installation fixture for installing a device on a power line is disclosed. The fixture includes a lower cradle that may receive one part of the device, an upper cradle that may receive another part of the device, and a base. The installation fixture may be installed on a worker carrier for a boom truck or the like. The orientation of the lower cradle may be adjusted relative to the base to facilitate the installation on the power line. The upper cradle may be moved between an open position (where the parts may be loaded into the fixture) and a closed position (where the power line is captured between the two parts of the device) and at which time that parts can be secured together.
Method for manufacturing insert-molded bus bar, and insert-molded bus bar
A method for manufacturing an insert-molded bus bar includes the steps of: preparing a first bus bar having a through hole and a second bus bar having a protrusion corresponding to the through hole; preparing a mold having therein a swaging member capable of swaging the protrusion; placing the first and second bus bars in the mold with the protrusion being inserted into the through hole; swaging the first and second bus bars using the swaging member of the mold to obtain connected bus bars that are the bus bars connected to each other; and injecting a molding material around the connected bus bars that are the bus bars connected to each other by swaging to perform insert molding using the mold and obtain the insert-molded bus bar.

Device and method for determining the length of a line
A method for determining the length of a line involves determining a length of a first electrical line, determining an identifier of the first electrical line, determining a length of a second electrical line, which is intended for installation in an electrical installation assembly, based on the length of the first electrical line and a starting length determined by means of the identifier.
Detection device, wire processing equipment and method for detecting position of conductor
The present invention relates to a detection device for detecting a position of a conductor, a wire processing equipment, and a method for detecting a position of a conductor in wire processing. The detection device has: a bracket; and a plurality of conductive probes provided on the bracket and spaced from each other. The conductive probes have a detection position, and the detection device is configured to determine whether the detected conductor is at a predetermined position by detecting whether the conductive probes at the detection position are electrically connected through the conductor; when at least two conductive probes are electrically connected with each other through the detected conductor, the detected conductor is determined in the predetermined position; when no two conductive probes are electrically connected with each other through the detected conductor, the detected conductor is determined not in the predetermined position. The detection device for detecting the position of the conductor, the wire processing equipment and the method for detecting the position of the conductor in the wire processing of the invention can automatically detect whether the conductor is in the designated position, which provides a basis for further automatic processing of the wire.
Laser Alignment Guide
A laser alignment guide. The laser alignment guide includes a housing having at least one sidewall and a base defining an interior volume therein. A cap is removably securable to an upper end of the housing. The cap further includes at least one light source that can emit a visible laser disposed thereon. A mounting bracket that can magnetically secure to a surface is disposed on a second end of the housing. In some embodiments, at least one light source is disposed on a sidewall of the housing.
