Cable twist allowance system for power system
Provided is a cable twist allowance system for a wind turbine system. The system includes a sun gear disposed within a tower of wind turbine, a pivot disk connected with the sun gear, a plurality of lever members, each including a plurality of cables and spaced a predetermined distance apart from each other, the plurality of level members being pivotably connected with a surface of the pivot disk and rotatable about the sun gear; and a plurality of compression members, each compression member corresponding to each lever member and adjusting a position of a respective lever member based on a radial force applied to the plurality of cables of the respective lever member.
CABLE STORAGE MODULE
A system includes a chassis having an interior containing at least one component secured to a base. A cable storage module is attached to the chassis and has a frame defining an interior space in which a cable is stored. The cable has a first end extending out of the frame for connection to the component and a second end extending out of the frame for connection to a device exterior to the chassis.
APPARATUS AND PROCESS FOR CONSTRUCTING A CABLE HARNESS
Embodiments disclosed herein enable assembly of a solar power cable harness to be completed in a more consistent and efficient manner than known methods of assembly.
Technician's cord positioner
Positioning a cord of a corded instrument is accomplished by securing a wearable cord positioner around a wrist or arm of a technician, and then pressing a cord into the cord positioner. A body of the cord positioner holds the cord in a substantially fixed position relative to a band. The body may be fixed relative to the band, or the body may be adjustable such that the cord can enter and exit the body at different angles relative to the band. The body may be removeably fastened to the band for easy cleaning or to change the body with a body designed to hold and position a different sized of cord.

Electric Energy Transmission Tether for an Airborne Wind Power Station
An electric energy transmission tether for an airborne wind power station comprises an elastic core, a first layer of one or more electric conductors helically wound around the elastic core, an electric insulation layer surrounding the first layer of electric conductors, a second layer of one or more electric conductors helically wound around the electric insulation layer, and a load bearing layer surrounding the second layer of electric conductors, for absorbing tensile forces and radial pressure forces acting on the tether.
Cable management device and connection mechanism
A cable management device includes a first arm and a first connection element. The first arm has a first end portion and a second end portion. The first connection element is pivotally connected to the second end portion of the first arm. One of the first arm and the first connection element is arranged with an engaging feature, and the other one of the first arm and the first connection element is arranged with a corresponding feature. The engaging feature has a connecting portion, a flexible portion, an engaging portion and a contacting portion. When the first arm pivots relative to the first connection element from a first position to a second position by a predetermined angle, the first arm is capable of being kept at the second position relative to the first connection element by cooperation between the engaging feature and the corresponding feature.

Line guide
The invention relates to a line guide (100; 200; 300) for protecting at least one line, such as a cable, a hose, or the like for example, for supplying a motor vehicle seat for example. A longitudinal portion with multiple segments (110, 112; 210; 310) of the line guide is produced as a single piece, and each of the multiple segments has a closable holder (123; 223; 323) for the at least one line. Thus, the line can be positioned in a receiving area (130; 230; 330) when the holder is open and is held transversely to the longitudinal direction (L) in the closed position of the holder. The segments are connected together in the longitudinal direction so as to form an elbow (106; 206) by means of a flexible connection. The invention is characterized in that the connection between the segments comprises a first flexible section (120; 220; 320) and a second flexible section (120; 220; 320), and at least one transverse connector (122; 222; 322) is provided which is produced integrally with the sections and which runs about the longitudinal direction (L) in an arc- or bracket-like manner in the closed position of the holder so that the two sections (120; 220; 320) lie laterally relative to the receiving area and specify a neutral axis which crosses the receiving area (130; 230; 330).
Multi-position input cord assembly for a power distribution unit
Apparatuses and devices are provided that allow for a power input cord to be placed in two or more different orientations relative to a power distribution unit. A power distribution unit may be provided with one or more input cord assemblies that allow an input cord to be swiveled such that the cord exits an outside plane of the power distribution unit at a different angle. Such an assembly allows a power distribution unit to be placed in an equipment rack and coupled with an input power source in a flexible and convenient manner. Clearances and dimensions of equipment racks may be modified to provide enhanced space usage, efficiency, and/or density in a facility.
