The disclosure relates to a modular arrangement of a converter for the electrical supply of a multi-phase electric motor. The modular arrangement includes multiple output stage modules, each module having a separate first housing. An output stage module is provided for each phase of the electric motor, wherein the output stage module has a phase intermediate circuit and an inverter circuit, together forming a commutation cell. The phase intermediate circuit supplies DC voltage and is electrically connected to the inverter circuit. The disclosure also relates to a motor arrangement and an aircraft having a motor arrangement of this type.

A semiconductor module including a cooling apparatus and a semiconductor device mounted on the cooling apparatus is provided. The cooling apparatus includes a cooling fin arranged below the semiconductor device, a main-body portion flow channel through which a coolant flows in a predetermined direction to cool the cooling fin, a first coolant flow channel that is connected to one side of the main-body portion flow channel and has a first inclined portion upwardly inclined toward the main-body portion flow channel, and a conveying channel that, when seen from above, lets the coolant into the first coolant flow channel from a direction perpendicular to the predetermined direction or lets the coolant out of the first coolant flow channel in the direction perpendicular to the predetermined direction.

POWER MODULE OF ISOLATED CONVERTER
A power module of a medium-high-voltage isolated converter is disclosed. The power module includes a first circuit, a second circuit, a transformer and a shielding structure. A potential of the first circuit is greater than a potential of the second circuit. The transformer includes a first leading wire electrically connected to the first circuit, and a second leading wire electrically connected to the second circuit. The shielding structure is disposed between the transformer and the second circuit. The second leading wire is electrically connected between the transformer and the second circuit through the shielding structure, and the shielding structure is maintained at a constant potential.
POWER CONVERSION DEVICE
This power conversion device includes: a semiconductor power module including a module busbar; a capacitor module including a capacitor element, a capacitor case formed in a bottomed tubular shape and storing the capacitor element with sealing resin interposed therebetween and a capacitor busbar having one end electrically connected to the capacitor element and another end extending outward from the capacitor case and electrically connected to the module busbar; and a power conversion device case formed in bottomed tubular shape and storing the semiconductor power module and the capacitor module. An outer surface of a bottom wall of the capacitor case and an inner surface of a bottom wall of the power conversion device case are thermally connected to each other. The capacitor module has a heat dissipation member located toward an opening side of the capacitor case relative to the capacitor element and thermally connected to the sealing resin.

The signal terminal is disposed so as to be extended in a vertical direction with respect to a main surface of the insulating substrate.

The component structure comprises: a first bus bar, having one end extending to a first plane to form a first connecting terminal; a second bus bar, comprising a front portion of the second bus bar and a rear portion of the second bus bar, wherein the front portion of the second bus bar is laminated in parallel with the first bus bar, and the rear portion of the second bus bar is extended to a second plane to form a second connecting terminal; and an external circuit comprising a third bus bar, wherein the third bus bar is settled in parallel with the rear portion of the second bus bar, to reduce a parasitic inductance between the first connecting terminal and the second connecting terminal.

Power conversion system and magnetic component thereof
A power conversion system and a magnetic component thereof are provided. The magnetic component includes a magnetic core assembly, two windings and an air gap. The magnetic core assembly includes two substrates, four winding pillars and an auxiliary pillar unit. The four winding pillars and the auxiliary pillar unit are located between the two substrates. A connecting line of centers of the winding pillars forms a quadrangle which has a first diagonal line and a second diagonal line. One winding is wound around two winding pillars on the first diagonal line, and magnetic fluxes on these two winding pillars have the same direction and amount. The other winding is wound around the other two winding pillars located on the second diagonal line, and magnetic fluxes on these two winding pillars have the same direction and amount. The directions of the magnetic fluxes on the two neighboring winding pillars are opposite.

The invention relates to an electronic module for an electric drive in a vehicle, comprising an input-side electrical connection for inputting an input current generated by an energy source; an intermediate circuit with a capacitor; a semiconductor bridge circuit, connected in parallel to the intermediate circuit, wherein the bridge circuit comprises a high-side switch, and a low-side switch connected in series to the high-side switch, wherein the high-side switch is connected to the input-side electrical connection via a first current path, wherein the low-side switch is connected to the input-side electrical connection via a second current path, wherein the first current path and the second current path are the same length; and an output-side electrical connection for outputting an output current generated by the bridge circuit from the input current.
