ASSIGNING OUTLIER-RELATED CLASSIFICATIONS TO TRAFFIC FLOWS ACROSS MULTIPLE TIME WINDOWS
20230135485 · 2023-05-04 ·

Systems and methods are provided for combining a multiple sub-time window sampling architecture with machine learning to detect outlier traffic flow behavior which may indicate malicious/problematic network activity. For example, a network device may obtain a sample of traffic flow data during a defined time window. The sample of traffic flow data may comprise information associated with a sampled subset of traffic flows transferred by a network device in the defined time window. The network device may partition the defined time window into two or more sub-time windows. In each sub-time window, using machine learning, the network device may assign an outlier-related classification to each sampled traffic flow based on the relative behavioral characteristics of all the sampled traffic flows. The network device may aggregate the outlier-related classifications for each sampled traffic flow across multiple sub-time windows, and process traffic flows based on the aggregated outlier-related classifications.

OPERATING A MODAL ANTENNA SYSTEM FOR POINT TO MULTIPOINT COMMUNICATIONS
20230352855 · 2023-11-02 ·

Systems and methods for point to multipoint communications are provided. In one example, a system includes one or more modal antennas. Each modal antenna is configured to operate in a plurality of modes. The system can include a transceiver configured to communicate with a plurality of client devices over a wireless communication medium via the one or more modal antennas over a plurality of frames. The system can include one or more control devices configured to control the operation of the one or more modal antennas. For each of the plurality of frames communicated to one of the plurality of client devices, the one or more control devices are configured to determine a selected mode of the plurality of modes to communicate during the frame and to operate at least one of the one or more modal antennas in the selected mode during the frame.

MULTIPLEXING SIDELINK DATA FOR COMMUNICATION

Aspects of the disclosure relate to a user equipment (UE) for establishing a sidelink communication channel with a wireless network and perform time resource allocation of channel-state information reference signals (CSI-RS), as well as collision handling. The UE may receive a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) signal via the sidelink communication, where the PSSCH includes one or more interlaced physical resource blocks. The UE may process time-division multiplexed CSI-RS in one or more resource blocks for triggering the PSSCH signal.

MULTIPLEXER AND IMAGING SYSTEM

Multiplexer (100) according to the present invention includes: an input unit (11) to which a plurality of image signals based on a first data communication standard are input, the image signals being acquired by respective imaging devices (2); an output unit (14) that outputs an image signal based on a second data communication standard having a data transfer rate lower than that of the first data communication standard; and a storage unit (12) that temporarily buffers the image signals input from the input unit (11). With such a multiplexer 100, it is possible to collectively convert the image data acquired by a plurality of imaging devices adopting a certain data communication standard into another data communication standard and suppress the data transfer delay caused by the conversion.

COMMUNICATION APPARATUS AND COMMUNICATION METHOD

A communication apparatus includes a receiver and a decoder. The receiver includes a plurality of antenna elements and, in operation, receives from a base station apparatus a modulated signal mapped to one of a plurality of subframes defined in a frame corresponding to a communicable range to which the communication apparatus belongs. The plurality of subframes are defined by time-division, frequency-division, or time-and-frequency division of the frame. A maximum number of modulated signals that can be simultaneously transmitted in a subframe from the base station apparatus varies depending on the communicable range. The decoder, in operation, decodes the received modulated signal.
