Methods and systems for generating an ephemeral content message
Exemplary embodiments relate to techniques for sending ephemeral content messages via a communications service. An interface may be presented to allow a user to initially access ephemeral content functionality and select content for inclusion in the ephemeral content message. The interface may present a streamlined set of use cases without regard to the manner in which the content was initially captured. Different types of content may be used as ephemeral content, including images, videos, weather reports, news stories, text, audio recordings, location tags, etc. The ephemeral content may be sent through the communications service as an end-to-end encrypted message. When a user replies to an ephemeral content message, the reply may trigger a one-to-one conversation between the originating user and the replying user. Alternatively, an ephemeral content message may be initially sent to a selected group, and replies may be sent back to the entire group.
Communication status system and method
Embodiments of the invention relate to a communication system for vehicles and an associated method. A method includes receiving a command message from a first vehicle at a second vehicle, wherein the first vehicle and second vehicle are communicatively coupled to define at least a portion of a vehicle group; receiving a status reply message from the second vehicle at the first vehicle in response to a trigger event; controlling an operation of one or more vehicles in the vehicle group based at least in part on a determined communications status of a communication network comprising at least one communication device with respect to the command message and the status reply message.
Dynamic notification groups
Techniques for dynamic notifications including generating a machine learning model based on user profiles of a collaboration application. The technique further including receiving a first message from input to a first user interface presenting the collaboration application and associated with a first user profile, the first message including first content and a domain specific language (DSL) condition. The technique further including generating a plurality of notification groups, presenting the plurality of notification groups, and receiving a selected notification group. The technique further includes sending the first content to each user profile in the selected notification group.
Detection and prevention of external fraud
Techniques for detecting instances of external fraud by monitoring digital activities that are performed with accounts associated with an enterprise are disclosed. In one example, a threat detection platform determines the likelihood that an incoming email is indicative of external fraud based on the context and content of the incoming email. To understand the risk posed by an incoming email, the threat detection platform may seek to determine not only whether the sender normally communicates with the recipient, but also whether the topic is one normally discussed by the sender and recipient. In this way, the threat detection platform can establish whether the incoming email deviates from past emails exchanged between the sender and recipient.
Apparatus of processing dialog based message object and method thereof
Provided are an apparatus of processing a dialog based message object and a method thereof, in which the apparatus of processing a dialog based message object and the method thereof include a memory and a processor electrically connected to the memory. The processor creates a dialog in which at least one user participates, provides the dialog with a message thread including an existing message object spontaneously created by the at least one user, receives an unspecified or specified message object from one of the at least one user and additionally inserts the received unspecified or specified message object into the message thread, detects whether a corresponding specified user reads the specified message object in the message thread to count the number of unread specified message objects, and provides the corresponding specified user with the number of unread specified message objects.
Methods and apparatuses for managing external approval provisioning and external messaging communication requests in a group-based communication system
Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a group-based communication system that is configured to more efficiently manage resource sharing requests. In particular, in some embodiments, the group-based communication system is configured to enable admin users to use an external service, such as an external approval provisioning service, that is separate and distinct from the group-based communication system to manage group-based communication resource sharing requests. In other embodiments, the group-based communication system is configured to allow communication with external users and to trigger new user onboarding protocols through the ingestion of external user directories associated with a sponsor user.
Network topology determination and configuration from aggregated sentiment indicators
Conversations between agents of a contact center and a customer are often transcribed so that text is maintained. However, text conversations consist only of text and omit significant portions of a conversation that are conveyed outside of the specific words spoken. By determining the emotion, tone, or other aspect in a conversation, which may contradict the text content, a data structure may be maintained such that the textual content is annotated with emotion or tonal information and/or utilized in a routing decision to cause a communication network to be altered, such as to include at least one additional node based upon a particular emotion or tone.
DEVICES AND METHODS OF PROVIDING RESPONSE MESSAGE IN THE DEVICES
A device includes a communication unit configured to receive a call request from a calling user; and a control unit configured to control the communication unit to provide a response message including information about a current situation based on information about an application currently being executed to the calling user in response to a rejection regarding the call request.

Targeted venue message distribution
An application server may receive, from an administrative console, a message and a targeting specification. The targeting specification identifies at least one trait (e.g., ticket type, age, gender) shared by a group of targeted venue guests. The group of targeted venue guests is a subset of the plurality of venue guests of a venue. The application server then uses information obtained from venue guest devices corresponding to venue guests to identify who belongs to the group targeted venue guests as well as their corresponding targeted venue guest devices. The application server then transmits a message to the targeted venue guest devices. The message may further be transmitted according to a schedule set or triggers by the administrator console. The schedule may identify dates and times within which messages should be sent, while the triggers may identify locations that may trigger messages.
