System and method for conditional delivery of messages
The disclosure describes systems and methods delivering communications associated with delivery conditions in which the occurrence of the delivery condition is determined by monitoring information received from a plurality of sources via multiple communication channels. The message delivery systems allow messages to be delivered to any Who, What, When, Where from any Who, What, When, Where upon the detection of an occurrence of one or more Who, What, When, Where delivery conditions. A message (which may be any data object including text-based messages, audio-based message such as voicemail or other audio such as music or video-based prerecorded messages) is delivered in accordance with delivery conditions based on any available data, including topical, spatial, temporal, and/or social data. Furthermore, because the systems coordinate delivery of messages via multiple communication channels and through multiple devices, the communication channel for delivery of a message may be dynamically determined based on the delivery conditions.
Targeted notification of content availability to a mobile device
A system includes a first computing device client associated with a first user in a community of users operable to send content to publish to a data aggregation server. The data aggregation server is operable to receive the content to publish from the first computing device client, host a first user profile associated with the first user of the first computing device client, the first user profile identifying a targeted recipient in the community of users, and disseminate automatically the content received from the first computing device client to a second computing device client associated with the targeted recipient, without receiving input from the first computing device client explicitly specifying the targeted recipient to whom the content is disseminated.
Integrated door locking and state detection systems and methods
Arrangements of integrated door lock and position sensor devices are presented. A wireless interface may be configured to wirelessly communicate with one or more remote computerized devices. A sensor may be incorporated into the device that detects when the door is open or closed. A lock may be incorporated into the device that, when engaged and the door is closed, prevents the door from being opened from at least one side of the door may be incorporated into the device. A controller may be configured to determine when the door is open, shut, locked, and/or unlocked using information from the lock and the sensor.
Targeted venue message distribution
An application server may receive, from an administrative console, a message and a targeting specification. The targeting specification identifies at least one trait (e.g., ticket type, age, gender) shared by a group of targeted venue guests. The group of targeted venue guests is a subset of the plurality of venue guests of a venue. The application server then uses information obtained from venue guest devices corresponding to venue guests to identify who belongs to the group targeted venue guests as well as their corresponding targeted venue guest devices. The application server then transmits a message to the targeted venue guest devices. The message may further be transmitted according to a schedule set or triggers by the administrator console. The schedule may identify dates and times within which messages should be sent, while the triggers may identify locations that may trigger messages.
Secure electronic mail system
An e-mail system is disclosed that overcomes many deficiencies of, but is backward compatible with, existing e-mail systems. Embodiments of the system may include various features, including but not limited to: (1) secure transfer of e-mail messages, without the need for users to replace existing e-mail clients or to change e-mail addresses; (2) tracking of all actions performed in connection with an e-mail transmission; (3) the ability for a recipient to view information about an e-mail message, optionally including information about how other addressees have responded to it, before deciding whether to retrieve the e-mail message; (4) the aggregation of entire e-mail conversations into a single threaded view; (5) the ability to include both private and public messages in a single e-mail communication; (6) sender control over downstream actions performed in connection with an e-mail message; (7) flexible control over cryptographic methods used to encrypt emails messages for storage.
NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIALLY PROBLEMATIC TEXTUAL MESSAGES
A processor may determine, using natural language processing, a writing style of content of a composed message written by a composer. The processor may analyze, using natural language processing, a set of previous message written by the composer. The processor may identify, based on the analyzing, writing habits of the composer. The processor may also identify a difference between the writing style of the content and the writing habits of the composer. The processor may display a notification of the difference to the user.
Systems and methods for sharing of media sessions within a social network
In one embodiment, a first computing device associated with a receiving user receives, from a second computing device, a reference of a first media session that has been initiated by a sharing user. The reference is displayed to the receiving user on a user interface of the first computing device. The first computing device receives user input requesting that the receiving user also participate in the first media session. The first computing device then receives from the second computing device information to initiate a second media session on the first computing device. The second media session is initiated at the same point in time that the first media session is currently at, and the second media session is synchronized with the first media session.
Message handling method and terminal supporting the same
Provided is a message handling function of a terminal and, particularly, a message handling method and a terminal for supporting the same, the message handling method including displaying plural messages, receiving a predetermined input event instructing aggregation of the plural messages, and aggregating at least one of the messages per user identification information to generate per-user aggregated messages according to the input event.
ZERO-KNOWLEDGE ENVIRONMENT BASED SOCIAL NETWORKING ENGINE
Methods, systems, and apparatus are described providing social networking engines. Specifically, the present specification relates to a method for implementing software containers implementing social network engines that may be configured to act in a zero-knowledge environment. In such implementations, all information pertaining to the social network engine associated with a user that is stored in the container is solely that of a user unless explicitly shared by the user. In some implementations, the containers may be configured to participate in a publish-and-subscribe network in order to share information. In addition, the containers may be provisioned with controls so that global operators may comply with local privacy rules.
Mail monitoring system, non-transitory computer readable storage medium, and mail monitoring apparatus
A mail monitoring system comprises a mail communications apparatus and a control server that controls a log relating to operation of the apparatus. The apparatus includes a detector that detects transmission of an e-mail, a log generation unit that determines whether to generate a transmission log based on a set policy, and generates the transmission log, a mail creating unit that determines whether to store mail information based on the set policy, and generates the mail information, and a transmitter that transmits the mail information and the transmission log to the server, and transmits the e-mail to a mail server designated as a transmission destination of the e-mail. The server includes a receiver that receives the transmission log and the mail information and a storage unit that stores therein the transmission log and the mail information when the receiver receives the transmission log and the mail information.
