NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIALLY PROBLEMATIC TEXTUAL MESSAGES
A processor may determine, using natural language processing, a writing style of content of a composed message written by a composer. The processor may analyze, using natural language processing, a set of previous message written by the composer. The processor may identify, based on the analyzing, writing habits of the composer. The processor may also identify a difference between the writing style of the content and the writing habits of the composer. The processor may display a notification of the difference to the user.
Hardened VoIP System
A hardened VoIP system is presented that includes secure push-to-talk voice functionality. Through the addition of encryption, authentication, user filtering, and integration with new and existing LMR systems, a secure voice platform ensures malicious software, unauthorized access, and brute force security attacks will not compromise the voice communications of the system. The VoIP system is engineered to ensure graceful system degradation in the event of maintenance activities, natural disasters, and failure modes. The hardened VoIP system offers the functions of a LMR trunking system while utilizing broadband connections. Private calls, group calls, Emergency Alarms with covert monitoring capability, scanning, and priority scanning may be incorporated into the system. The system includes a VoIP controller that serves as a trunking controller, manages available VoIP based conference bridges, and assigns them as needed to the parties involved in each voice call.
WEARABLE TERMINAL FOR DISPLAYING SCREEN OPTIMIZED FOR VARIOUS SITUATIONS
Disclosed in the present specification is a wearable terminal for resolving limitation of a narrow display. The wearable terminal, according to the present specification, comprises: a band to be worn on a main body and the wrist; a display unit provided on the main body; and a control unit for controlling so that the content of an event is displayed on the display unit when the event occurs, wherein the control unit can run a normal mode and a special mode depending on the situation of a user, and is capable of controlling so that the content of the event is displayed on the display unit according to the situation of the user when the event has occurred in the special mode.
Selecting subsets of participants in electronic message threads
Embodiments of the present invention provide methods, computer program products, and systems for selecting subsets of participants in electronic message threads. Embodiments of the present invention can be used to exclude participants based, at least in part, on activity level from message conversations, thereby streamlining message conversation and reducing unwanted message communications.
System and method for managing online messages using trust values
A computer-implemented method for managing text inputted by a user in an online communication program comprises: communicating with a user computing device or online communication program server to receive text inputted by the user; assigning a trust value to the inputted text, wherein the assigned trust value is one of least three trust values on a continuum of trust values comprising a first trust value associated with acceptable behavior, a second trust value associated with unacceptable behavior, and a third trust value associated with indeterminate behavior; determining available responses to the inputted text based on the assigned trust value and rules specified in a user trust matrix; and sending a response selected from the determined available responses to the user computing device or online communication program server.
Systems and Method for Managing Emails
The embodiment of the present invention allows for a simple and intuitive system and method to manage email by applying time-elapsed rules to emails matching specific criteria (i.e. emails coming from specific email addresses): Time-elapsed rules are rules that will execute an action on an email message after the email has been in the inbox for a certain period of time. These actions may include, but are not limited to, moving the email to another folder, copying the email to another folder, and deleting the email.
PRIVATE REAL-TIME COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MEETING ATTENDEES DURING A MEETING USING ONE OR MORE AUGMENTED REALITY HEADSETS
Private real-time communications are provided between meeting attendees during a meeting using one or more augmented reality headsets. An augmented reality headset worn by a sending meeting attendee continuously monitors a current direction of the sending meeting attendee's gaze during the meeting, and detects that the sending meeting attendee has selected a receiving meeting attendee when the current direction of the sending attendee's gaze intersects with a location of the receiving meeting attendee. The augmented reality headset worn by the sending meeting attendee also receives a messaging command issued by the sending meeting attendee, also based on monitoring the sending meeting attendee's gaze during the meeting. In response to the messaging command, the augmented reality headset worn by the sending meeting attendee automatically transmits the private message to a device associated with the receiving meeting attendee, such as an augmented reality headset worn by the receiving meeting attendee.
Method and apparatus for processing scheduling requests in a shared calendar system
According to a computer-implemented method, a scheduling request is received to schedule a user in a shared calendar system as a participant in a meeting to occur on a specified date. Based on a predefined meeting policy, a determination is made of a maximum permissible quantity of meetings for the user to participate in during a predefined time period that includes the specified date. A quantity of meetings in the shared calendar system that are already scheduled for the user to occur within the predefined time period is compared to the maximum permissible quantity of meetings for the user. Based on the comparing indicating that the quantity of meetings already scheduled is greater than or equal to the maximum permissible quantity of meetings, a notification is transmitted to the user to indicate that that approval of the scheduling request would violate the predefined meeting policy.
File Storage Method and Apparatus for Instant Communication Messages
A method and an apparatus for storing a file of an instant communication message are disclosed. The method may include obtaining an instant communication message received by an instant communication application; determining that a file is included in the instant communication message; and storing the file in a cloud storage space corresponding to the instant communication application. Through the technical solutions of the present disclosure, a combination of an instant communication application and a cloud storage function can be implemented to perform a secure and effective storage of files in instant communication messages and to help a user to view and use thereof at a later time.
METHOD AND USER TERMINAL FOR PROVIDING HOLOGRAM IMAGE-BASED MESSAGE SERVICE, AND HOLOGRAM IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE
Disclosed are a method and user terminal for providing a hologram-based message service, and a hologram display device. The message service providing method may comprise the steps of: identifying a message created through a message application; and transferring the identified message to a hologram display device. Here, the hologram display device may display a hologram indicating a character corresponding to a terminal in which the message has been created.
