Distance display method based on social networking application, terminal, and server
A distance display method based on a social networking application includes: establishing, by a first terminal, a connection with a second terminal by using a social networking application obtaining, by the first terminal, a distance to the second terminal; and generating, by the first terminal according to the distance, an icon corresponding to the distance, and displaying the icon on an interface of the social networking application.
APPLICATION MESSAGE PROCESSING SYSTEM, METHOD, AND APPLICATION DEVICE
The present disclosure provides an application message processing system, method, and application device. The processing system includes an application device and a message forwarder. The application device is configured to perform authentication on a transmitting-end corresponding to a received first-type application message, send the first-type application message to the message forwarder if the transmitting-end has a message sending permission; perform authentication on a target receiving-end corresponding to a received second-type application message, and initiate a consumption operation of the second-type application message to the target receiving-end if the target receiving-end has a message receiving permission. The message forwarder is configured to receive the first-type application message from the application device, or to send the second-type application message to the application device.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING UPLINK TRANSMISSION ON DISCONTINUOUS RECEPTION OPERATION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A method for controlling uplink transmissions on discontinuous reception (DRX) operation, by a wireless device, in a wireless communication system, the method includes configuring a channel quality indicator (CQI) masking which indicates that channel state information is to be reported on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) while an onDurationTimer is running; determining, at a first subframe prior to a second subframe, whether or not the onDurationTimer is to be running at the second subframe according to whether or not a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) is received at the first subframe; and controlling the uplink transmissions so as not to report the channel state information on the PUCCH at the second subframe if the onDurationTimer is determined, at the first subframe, to be not running at the second subframe, wherein the channel state information includes at least one of a CQI, a precoding matrix index (PMI).
INCREASED COMMUNICATION SECURITY
A method of increasing communication security may include receiving, at a first computer system, a first message including a first data portion and a second data portion, wherein the first data portion is associated with a security token, wherein the first data portion includes a first instance of a session key, and wherein the second data portion includes a second instance of the session key. The method may also include performing, at the first computer system, message validation associated with the first message. The method may further include generating, if the first message is valid, a second message including the first data portion. The method may also include communicating, if the first message is valid, the second message from the first computer system for delivery to a second computer system.
TRAVEL ASSISTANCE DEVICE, TRAVEL ASSISTANCE SERVER, AND TRAVEL ASSISTANCE SYSTEM
An uttered speech of a user is acquired and recognized, and the recognition result is output. Evaluation information is generated from the recognition result. The position where the evaluation information is generated is detected. A reliability determining unit determines reliability of the evaluation information using post information posted on the Internet within a predetermined distance range based on the position where the evaluation information is generated within a predetermined period based on current date and time and determines whether the evaluation information is to be transmitted. A communication unit performs transmission, to the travel assistance server, of the evaluation information determined to be transmitted by the reliability determining unit, reception of the evaluation information stored in the travel assistance server, and reception of the post information posted on the Internet. An information providing unit provides the evaluation information received by the communication unit from the travel assistance server.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR STORING AND TRANSFERRING MESSAGE DATA
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for storing and transferring messages. An example method includes storing a plurality of blocks in a queue, wherein each block includes one or more respective messages received from at least one publisher, wherein each block is associated with a time that the block was stored in the queue, and wherein storage times increase from a block designating a head of the queue to a block designating a tail of the queue. The example method also includes designating as inactive one or more blocks having associated storage times that are older than a first time, allowing messages to be read from inactive blocks until a second time that is older than the first time, and deleting one or more inactive blocks from the queue having associated storage times that are older than the second time.
CONTROLLING MESSAGE OUTPUT
A duration to transmit multiple messages is calculated. A first request based on the calculated duration is transmitted. The first request is a request for reserving a time period to transmit. In response to receiving an approval of the first request, for each message in the multiple messages, a transmit time is calculated. A determination is made that a current time exceeds a particular transmit time for a particular message. In response to the determination, a second request is transmitted. The second request is a request for permission to transmit. In response to receiving an approval of the second request, the particular message is transmitted.
System and method for managing emails
The embodiment of the present invention allows for a simple and intuitive system and method to manage email by applying time-elapsed rules to emails matching specific criteria (i.e. emails coming from specific email addresses): Time-elapsed rules are rules that will execute an action on an email message after the email has been in the inbox for a certain period of time. These actions may include, but are not limited to, moving the email to another folder, copying the email to another folder, and deleting the email.
Large message support for a publish-subscribe messaging system
A system, apparatus, and methods are provided that support the passing of oversized messages within a publish-subscribe messaging system. During operation, the system subscribes to a message stream brokered by a message brokering cluster that imposes a maximum message size. Responsive to receiving a given message of the message stream, the system (1) determines an offset to commit to the message brokering cluster, wherein the determined offset is based on whether one or more segments of one or more oversized messages are buffered, and (2) commits the determined offset to the message brokering cluster. Responsive to recovering from a crash, wherein the offset at which to resume the receipt of messages from the message stream is unknown, the system then retrieves the determined offset from the message brokering cluster and resumes the receipt of messages from the message brokering cluster based on the determined offset.
Secure message delivery using a trust broker
An email security system is described that allows users within different organizations to securely send email to one another. The email security system provides a federation server on the Internet or other unsecured network accessible by each of the organizations. Each organization provides identity information to the federation server. When a sender in one organization sends a message to a recipient in another organization, the federation server provides the sender's email server with a secure token for encrypting the message to provide secure delivery over the unsecured network.
