A system for identifying a subscriber device may include a customer premises device and a DOCSIS device. The DOCSIS device may be connected to the cable network. The customer premises device may be configured to generate a low power radio frequency carrier signal having a predetermined frequency and a predetermined modulation that correlates to a type of customer premises device. The customer premises device may be configured to inject the low power radio frequency carrier signal into a signal wherein the signal is received by the DOCSIS device. The DOCSIS device may identify the customer premises device based on the predetermined frequency and the predetermined modulation by comparing the frequency measurement and the modulation measurement to a prestored frequency data and a prestored modulation data that correlates to a plurality of types of the customer premises device.

A call control entity communicates with Internet Protocol (IP) phones. The call control entity creates a mapping between a headset identifier of a headset connected to a registered first IP phone, and an identifier associated with the first IP phone. Upon receiving a request from a second IP phone that is not registered, the call control entity determines there is no existing IP phone record for the second IP phone. Responsive to the determining, the call control entity acquires from the second IP phone the headset identifier, and accesses an first IP phone record of the first IP phone based on the headset identifier and the mapping. The call control entity creates a second IP phone record for the second IP phone, copies existing configuration information from the first IP phone record to the second IP phone record, and configures the second IP phone with the existing configuration information.

If no Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) from the second account is received, information of a second call request to call the second account is sent to the DECT host, so as to make a call to the second account in a second communication manner. Embodiments of the present disclosure can solve the technical problem of a communication failure and reduce a waiting time for communication, thereby achieving optimal Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) call experience.

The disclosure provides triggering the System initiated detach with re-attach required request, to user equipment by checking the current IMS PDN state of said VoLTE user equipment to recover the IMS PDN connectivity. A subscriber information authentication system that compares network-obtained and device-obtained information to verify that a device being used in connection with a user account is authenticated for that account. Certain subscriber information may be associated with the account during a registration process. In subsequent attempts to access the account, the registered subscriber information may be used in conjunction with information obtained from a telecommunication network and from a device to verify that the device is authorized. The information from the telecommunication network may be queried using Signaling System No. 7 (“SS7”) protocols. A system and a method for routing a message to an application over a connection oriented session in a Kafka messaging platform environment are provided. The method includes: acquiring a plurality of partitions from the Kafka messaging platform; designating a first partition from among the plurality of partitions as a sticky partition; generating a plurality of routing keys that are configured to route to the sticky partition; receiving a subscription from a service that corresponds to a first application; transmitting, to the first application, a first routing key that identifies the subscription from among the plurality of routing keys; and receiving messages from Kafka services that are routed by the first routing key to the first application. For any particular application or set of applications, a plurality of connection oriented sessions may be used to achieve load balancing and high availability.
