The present invention increases the size of the sound hole and the speaker unit, thus improving the acoustic performance of a product.

A diaphragm corresponds to the position of the sound output aperture. A flat sound coil is perpendicular to the diaphragm. A magnet is parallel to the sound coil. The vibrating direction of the sound coil avoids a thickness direction. The vibrating direction of the magnet and a mass block also avoids the thickness direction. The mass block is fixedly joined to a housing via a flexible piece. This facilitates reduced product thickness, increased product performance, and a simplified product production process. Therefore, the vibration sound-producing apparatus of the present invention has the advantages of a great thickness-reduced design, great performance, and simple assembly.

Disclosed are a voice coil for a sound producing device and a sound producing device, the sound producing device comprises a voice coil body and a reinforcing portion; the voice coil body comprises a voice coil framework and a voice coil wire; the reinforcing portion comprises a first reinforcing portion and a second reinforcing portion; the first reinforcing portion is provided on the inner side of the voice coil framework, and the second reinforcing portion is provided on the outer side of the voice coil framework; and the reinforcing portion is configured to enhance the strength of the voice coil at high frequencies. Both the inner side and the outer side of the voice coil framework are provided with the reinforcing portions, thereby preventing the voice coil framework from deforming towards the side with lower strength because the strength of one side of the voice coil framework is relatively low.

Method of manufacturing voice coil

Provided is a method of manufacturing a voice coil, and more particularly, a method of manufacturing a voice coil in which a coil pattern is formed on a wafer level package. The method includes (a) forming a first coil pattern including a first area in which a first seed metal layer is exposed upward, a second area in which a first passivation layer for forming a via hole in the first area is formed, and a third area in which a first photoresist layer is formed in a portion of the first area and the second area on an upper surface of a wafer, (b) filling an inside of the via hole formed in the first coil pattern with a conductive material and forming first coil windings, and (c) removing the first photoresist layer formed in the third area.

Provided is a method of manufacturing a voice coil, and more particularly, a method of manufacturing a voice coil in which a coil pattern is formed on a wafer level package. The present invention relates to a loudspeaker which can be arranged to minimise its overall depth while also increasing the breakup frequency and reducing potential rocking vibrations. Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a loudspeaker, comprising a magnet structure, and a voice coil lying within a magnetic field established by the magnet structure and responsive to electrical signals to undergo excursions from a rest position along an axis of motion; a driven body, connected to the voice coil and moveable to project acoustic waves from a front of the loudspeaker; and a suspension for providing a restoring force to the driven body towards the rest position, the suspension extending from an attachment point on the driven body to an attachment point on a fixed portion of the loudspeaker; wherein the driven body comprises a diaphragm and a support structure extending rearwardly from a connection point with the voice coil to a connection point with the suspension located rearward of the frontal part of the magnet structure.
