COMMUNICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS
A communication method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: A control plane device obtains first information of a first terminal device, where the first information indicates a terminal device that has mutual trust with the first terminal device, and the terminal device that has mutual trust with the first terminal device includes a second terminal device. The control plane device sends a first message to a first user plane device, where the first message includes route configuration information, the route configuration information is used to configure a first transmission path, the first transmission path is used to forward data to a second terminal device via the first terminal device, and the first user plane device is configured to provide a user plane data forwarding service for the first terminal device.
COMMUNICATION CONTROL DEVICE, VEHICLE INCLUDING THE SAME, AND COMMUNICATION CONTROL METHOD
A polling processing unit executes a polling process for detecting a device that performs NFC communication. An NFC communication processing unit executes a communication process of performing NFC communication with a mobile device detected by the polling process. Power consumption associated with execution of the communication process is larger than power consumption associated with execution of the polling process. When authentication of the mobile device by an authentication processing unit is completed, or when the execution of the communication process continues for a prescribed time period, the NFC communication processing unit executes a stop process of stopping the communication process until the execution of the communication process is permitted.
Retrieving hidden digital identifier
A method of providing access to securely held data is provided. A user interacts with the service provider to obtain access to a service by using a device to provide a digital identifier to the service provider, without the digital identifier being made known to the user. At a later date the user wishes to retrieve securely stored data relating to their use of the service. However, because the user does not know the digital identifier, they are unable to identify themselves to the service provider using the digital identifier. The present disclosure provides a secure method for exchanging private identifiers, which allows the user to identify themselves to the service provider in order to gain access to securely stored data relating to the user's previous use of the service. The user can do this using the device on which the digital identifier is stored, or another device.

Session management function derived core network assisted radio access network parameters
Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for session management function derived core network assisted radio access network parameters. One method includes receiving session management function derived core network assisted radio access network parameters from a session management function. The method includes storing the session management function derived core network assisted radio access network parameters in a protocol data unit session level context. The method includes using the session management function derived core network assisted radio access network parameters to determine an expected session activity behavior parameter set.
Data transmission method, terminal and network side device
The present disclosure provides a data transmission method, a terminal, and a network side device. The data transmission method includes: before an air interface signaling connection is established, sending a data message carrying state transition data to a network side device; receiving a response message returned by the network side device in response to the data message, a data transmission indication included in the response message; when the data transmission indication indicates transmitting, sending an uplink data packet to the network side device.

Announcement for application aware scheduling
Methods and devices for announcement messages for application aware scheduling in a wireless communication network include receiving, from the network node, an RRC Connection Reconfiguration message including an announcement message indicating a Network Type and Software Version Number, N-TSVN for an extended protocol. It may be determined that a UE Software Version Number, UE-SVN, is compatible with the N-TSVN received in the announcement message. The UE may transmit to the network node, an initial message including the UE-SVN, in response to the determining that the UE-SVN is compatible with the N-TSVN.
Delay management in wireless networks
Aspects relate to delay management techniques to handle delays introduced by high latency links in non-terrestrial networks for non-access stratum (NAS) mobility management and session management procedures. The NAS timers within the user equipment (UE) and core network utilized for mobility management and session management procedures may be configured with different durations, such as a normal duration, an extended duration, or a reduced duration, based on whether the UE is connected to a terrestrial or non-terrestrial radio access network (RAN), one or more capabilities of the UE, and/or the various RAN types (e.g., terrestrial or non-terrestrial) within a registration area that the UE is located in.
Method for paging user equipment, first network device, and user equipment
Disclosed in the present disclosure are a method for paging user equipment (UE), a first network device, a UE, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: when a first network device or a second network device receives a data packet sent from a core network, initiating an initial RAN paging within a first paging area corresponding to the first network device; and indicating in the RAN initial paging that the identifier used by the UE when performing an RRC recovery request is a UE context identifier assigned by the first network device or a UE context identifier assigned by the second network device.
