Round baler with pre-cutter and crop distribution system
A baler includes a housing forming a baling chamber. The baling chamber has an inlet that defines an inlet width perpendicular to a central longitudinal axis of the baler. A pre-cutter is disposed forward of the inlet along the central longitudinal axis and includes a cutter width perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis. The cutter width is substantially less than the inlet width. A crop distributor is disposed between the pre-cutter and the inlet and conveys the crop material from the pre-cutter to the inlet. A pick-up head is disposed forward of the pre-cutter and lifts the crop material from the ground and conveys it to the pre-cutter.
AGRICULTURAL MOUNTED IMPLEMENT WITH CLEANING UNIT
An agricultural mounted implement for the cleaning of harvested material, which cleaning is mobile and operated on a vehicle, said implement having an implement frame, a fan, and a cleaning unit. The cleaning unit has a pick-up for picking the harvested material to be cleaned; a first air distributor base connected to the fan via an air conveying channel and has a first air passage; a conveyor unit via which the cleaned harvested material is ejected from the cleaning unit; and a drop sieve which is mounted on the implement frame so as to be congruently below the conveyor unit. During operation, the fan sucks in an air flow, guides it under the first air distributor base and blows it out through the first air passage counter to the force of gravity such that the harvested material picked by the pick-up is transported to the conveyor unit.
FLOATING ROTOR AND AUGER ARRANGEMENT OF AGRICULTURAL BALER
An agricultural baler includes: a frame; a feeder system coupled with the frame and including: a floor; and a rotor and auger arrangement configured for moving between a first position and a second position, the rotor and auger arrangement being spaced farther apart from the floor in the second position relative to the first position.
Agricultural vehicle including a pickup with a tine guide
A pickup for an agricultural vehicle includes: a rotatable tine carrier; a plurality of tines rotatably carried by the tine carrier through a rotation path; a pickup band assembly including a plurality of tine slots in which the tines are disposed in a position in the rotation path; and a tine guide having at least one guide slot. The tine guide is rotatable with at least one of the tines such that the at least one tine is disposed in the at least one guide slot in a position in the rotation path in which the at least one tine is outside any of the tine slots of the pickup band assembly.
Singulating system for high capacity baler
A square baler comprising a first bale-forming area in which are formed a first series of first individual bales, and a second bale-forming area in which are formed a second series of second individual bales. The square baler additionally comprises a singulator configured to receive the first and second individual bales from the first and second bale-forming areas and to form a single row of the first and second individual bales.
Attachment for an Agricultural Harvesting Vehicle
Attachment (10) for an agricultural harvesting vehicle, comprising a frame (11), a crop collecting device (12), a crop conveying device (13) is designed to convey collected crops in the direction of a feeder device, a crop hold-down device (14) which can be displaced relative to the frame (11), and a protection apparatus (18) having at least two portions (19, 20) and extends over the crop collecting device (12) and the crop conveying device (13), wherein a first portion (19) of the protection apparatus (18) and a second portion (20) of the protection apparatus (18) are connected together in an articulated manner, such that with a displacement of the crop hold-down device (14) and the receiver (17) thereof relative to the frame (11), the first portion (19) of the protection apparatus (18) and the second portion (20) of the protection apparatus (18) can be displaced relative to one another.
CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO GRAIN HARVESTING MACHINE
A constructive arrangement applied to a grain harvesting machine reducing the sizes of the bulk carrier and the collecting set, bringing them to measurements which are compatible with the body of the machine, thus enabling transportation next to the machine, with no need to disassemble any parts, having hinges and support arms of the bucket and the support structure of the receiving device provided with hinging devices to reduce their lateral dimensions, those hinging devices being activated by hydraulic cylinders.
ROUND BALER CROP PICKUPS
A round baler is disclosed. The round baler includes a bale formation chamber and a rotor device having a plurality of teeth, the teeth having outer tips that define a circumferential path of travel of the rotor device. The round baler also includes a crop pickup device including a plurality of pickup tines connected to a rotating pickup reel and a plurality of stripper bands, each of the plurality of pickup tines passing through a gap formed between adjacent stripper bands. The crop pickup device has an engagement zone and a release zone, wherein the release zone is adjacent to the circumferential path of travel of the rotor device such that the rotor device and the pickup reel rotate and cooperate to convey crop material from the crop pickup device towards the bale formation chamber.
High capacity baler
A high capacity square baler including a pickup mechanism configured to pick up a single windrow of crop material off the ground. The baler additionally includes one or more stuffer chutes each configured to receive at least a portion of the crop material picked up by the pickup mechanism. The baler additionally includes one or more stuffer assemblies each configured to push crop generally upward through one of the stuffer chutes. The baler further includes a plurality of separate bale-forming chambers each configured to receive crop material from one or more of the stuffer chutes and to form a bale of crop material therein.
Rotor for a high capacity baler
A square baler including a pickup mechanism configured to pick up crop material from a single windrow on the ground, and a rotor configured to receive crop material picked up by the pickup mechanism. The rotor includes a first toothed section, a second toothed section, and an interior auger flighted section located between the first toothed section and the section toothed section. The rotor is configured to separate crop material into two streams of crop material.
