METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR DETECTING SCREEN COVERS ON ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Systems and methods for detecting the presence or absence of screen covers on electronic device screens are disclosed. In one embodiment, the method includes obtaining an image of a front side of an electronic device and automatically identifying line segments in the image. For each identified line segment, the method includes calculating the angle of the identified line segment. The method further includes determining an amount of the line segments having vertical or horizontal orientations. If the amount of identified vertical or horizontal line segments exceeds a predetermined threshold amount, then the presence of a screen cover is indicated.
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR SOURCING AND PROCESSING RECYCLABLE MATERIALS
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for sourcing and processing recyclable materials. Systems and methods of the present disclosure include a user creating an account such that data is stored associating that user to a specific account. A quantifiable amount of recyclable material is recycled and identified by the system to create data about that recyclable material and associate the data with the specific user account. The user account is allocated monetary and/or non-monetary rewards to incentivize recycling. Monetary and/or non-monetary rewards can be donated to charitable organizations and/or used to purchase goods through an ecommerce interface or transferred to external financial accounts.
TRACKING AND PUBLICATION OF ASSETS ON BLOCKCHAIN OR DISTRIBUTED LEDGER
One or more systems, devices, computer program products and/or computer-implemented methods of use provided herein relate to tracking and publication of assets on blockchain or distributed ledger. The computer-implemented system can comprise a memory that can store computer executable components. The computer-implemented system can further comprise a processor that can execute the computer executable components stored in the memory, wherein the computer executable components can comprise a payment component that can provide a payment platform that enables a payment instrument to be used for performing one or more financial transactions associated with a smart contract or a core API, wherein the smart contract or the core API is executed on a distributed ledger network that can operate on a hashgraph consensus, wherein the payment instrument is an financial instrument associated with a bank, and wherein the payment platform bridges web3 technology with traditional payment rails.
Shopping facility assistance systems, devices and methods
Apparatuses, components and methods are provided herein useful to provide assistance to customers and/or workers in a shopping facility. In some embodiments, a shopping facility personal assistance system comprises: a plurality of motorized transport units located in and configured to move through a shopping facility space; a plurality of user interface units, each corresponding to a respective motorized transport unit during use of the respective motorized transport unit; and a central computer system having a network interface such that the central computer system wirelessly communicates with one or both of the plurality of motorized transport units and the plurality of user interface units, wherein the central computer system is configured to control movement of the plurality of motorized transport units through the shopping facility space based at least on inputs from the plurality of user interface units.
Methods, systems, apparatuses and devices for facilitating processing of recyclable items
A system to facilitate processing of recyclable items is disclosed. Further, the system may include a communication device configured for receiving event data associated with a recycling process from at least one sensory device, receiving a request for the event data from a first user device, and transmitting the event data to the first user device. Further, the system may include a processing device communicatively coupled to the communication device, configured for issuing a predetermined amount of crypto tokens to a second crypto account. Further, the system may include a storage device communicatively coupled to the processing device, configured for storing, using a distributed ledger technology, the event data, and data related to the issuing of the predetermined amount of crypto tokens to the second crypto account.
DYNAMIC RECOMMENDATION PLATFORM WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
A method and system having an artificial intelligence component which can generate recommendations to a user and/or a plurality of users. The recommendations can be based on information collected from a plurality of devices, sensors, historical usage patterns, predicted user schedules, and/or external data sources. Some embodiments include the method and system that dynamically display the actual carbon impact and/or predicted carbon impact for each item on the user's daily schedule.
SYSTEM, METHOD, AND APP FOR MANAGING WASTE SERVICES
A system is disclosed for providing a waste management app. The system may have a locating device disposed onboard a service vehicle and configured to generate a first signal indicative of a location of the service vehicle, an input device, and a controller. The controller may be configured to receive a route assignment including waste services to be performed by the service vehicle, and to track movement of the service vehicle during performance of the waste services based on the first signal. The controller may also be configured to provide a graphical user interface for display on the input device, listing the waste services from the route assignment to be performed by the service vehicle and showing a location of the service vehicle relative to at least one location at which the waste services are to be performed.
OPTIMIZING METHOD FOR MULTI-SOURCE MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE COMBINATIONS BASED ON MACHINE LEARNING
Disclosed is an optimizing method for multi-source municipal solid waste combinations based on machine learning, including obtaining relevant property data, classifying the feature variables and obtaining a raw materials pre-combination from the classified feature variables according to a classification ratio, followed by cooperative combustion treatment to obtain data after combustion, summarizing the obtained data into a database, constructing a matrix of raw material components, operating conditions and pollutant distribution according to the database, obtaining matrix data; performing principal component analysis on the matrix data, constructing an information processing model, obtaining a data set of samples; carrying out training according to the data set to construct a relational model, obtaining processed parameters; training the obtained processed parameters to construct a regression module, an optimal parameter, and performing regression calculation using the optimal parameter together with the matrix data to obtain an optimization scheme of solid waste raw materials combinations.
ELECTRONIC WASTE RECYCLING
A method and system for recycling electronic waste is provided. The method includes detecting electronic devices at a location of a user of a mobile device. Identification data identifying each electronic device is retrieved and a status for each device is determined. The electronic devices are analyzed with respect to electronic waste data and values for the electronic devices are determined with respect to recycling options. A score for each electronic device is generated and a comparative analysis is executed for the electronic devices with respect to the values and recycling options. Recommendations associated with the values and recycling options are generated and presented to the user via the mobile hardware device. The user selects a recycling option with respect to the recommendations and a recycling process associated with the recycling option selection is enabled.
Parts valuation and use
Systems, methods apparatuses, and computer-readable media for analyzing vehicle accident claim information from a vehicle that is deemed a total loss, as well as historical data, to determine whether one or more parts from the vehicle are available for reuse is presented. In some examples, aspects may also relate to determining whether the parts available for reuse should be stored by the entity using the system (e.g., the insurance company) for future use in the repair of other vehicles, such as other vehicles insured by the insurance company, or should be sold. The determination to store or sell the part may be based, at least in part, on historical data of the entity.
