Multi-compartment article dispensing package
A multi-compartment package for dispensing plural items is disclosed. The package includes plural individual sealed compartment units which are releasably secured to each other. Each compartment unit includes a flanged base from which a chamber depends. The chamber serves to hold an item to be dispensed and is surrounded by a flange. A closure member, in the form of a respective portion of a frangible cover sheet, is adhesively secured to the flange of each compartment unit. Each compartment unit includes at least one foldable tab in a corner of its flange, which can be folded down to enable the closure member to be removed from the compartment unit after the compartment unit is separated from other compartment units of the package.

Packaged medical device and method for manufacturing packaged medical device
To provide a packaged medical device which is hard to cause a variation in the fixed states of the medical devices. Specifically, provided is a packaged medical device comprising a container having an opening portion, a medical device housed inside the container, and a gas impermeable film sealing the opening portion by heat-sealing, in which the inside of the container is set to a negative pressure to the atmospheric pressure and the medical device is pressed by the gas impermeable film.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR APPROXIMATING BLOOD VOLUME IN A FLUID
Disclosed are methods, materials and devices for approximation of blood volume in a fluid, and/or blood loss from fluid collected during a surgical procedure. Methods of detecting blood in a sample, such as a fluid sample, and kits for performing the methods, are also provided. Methods for approximating a volume of blood in a fluid using a computer are also provided. The method may be performed using a computer device having a graphical user interface (GUI), a processor configured to receive information input by a user at the user interface (type of canister, red blood cell packing ratio of the canister, subject specific identifying information, blood hematocrit (Hct), etc.), and a means for the computing device to transmit to the user interface via an electronic network, a value of a volume of blood in a fluid and/or an approximate volume measure of blood loss. The processor determines a volume of blood in a fluid, and transmits the determined volume measure of blood to the user.

Child resistant container having an audio device
A container having a child resistant lock and an audio device has a bottom, an outer wall, and a neck extending upward from its top. The neck has one or more slots formed by a vertical channel and a slanted channel leading to a seat. The slanted channel has two opposing protuberances where it joins the seat. A lid has a cuff configured to fit over the neck. The inside wall of the cuff has one or more pins complementary to the one or more channels which together form bayonet lock mechanisms. And gasket at the inside top of the cuff seals the container when the bayonet lock mechanisms are engaged and provide an upward bias to the cuff, thereby securing it in place. The outer wall of the cuff and outer wall of the canister lie flush with each other when the bayonet lock mechanisms are engaged. The top of the lid has a removable screen covering a compartment in the lid which houses an audio device. A plurality of apertures in the plate allow sound to emit from the music box.
