Provided is an oral care composition, e.g., a dentifrice, comprising a calcium abrasive, e.g., calcium carbonate, potassium nitrate (KNO.sub.3), and a basic amino acid, in free or salt form, e.g., arginine, in free or salt form, wherein the potassium nitrate is present in an amount of 0.1-1% by weight of the composition and methods of using the same.
Two-package dental adhesive composition
A two-package dental adhesive composition is provided that has an excellent adhesive property for each of various dental materials and also has excellent storage stability. The two-package dental adhesive composition includes a first agent and a second agent which are divided from each other. The two-package dental adhesive composition includes at least five components including: (A) an acidic group-containing polymerizable monomer; (B) a sulfur atom-containing polymerizable monomer; (C) a silane coupling agent; (D) a borate compound; and (E) water. The first agent contains only (A) the acidic group-containing polymerizable monomer and (B) the sulfur atom-containing polymerizable monomer out of the five components. The second agent contains only (C) the silane coupling agent, (D) the borate compound, and (E) the water out of the five components.
Two-package dental adhesive composition
A two-package dental adhesive composition is provided that has an excellent adhesive property for each of various dental materials and also has excellent storage stability. The two-package dental adhesive composition includes a first agent and a second agent which are divided from each other. The two-package dental adhesive composition includes at least five components including: (A) an acidic group-containing polymerizable monomer; (B) a sulfur atom-containing polymerizable monomer; (C) a silane coupling agent; (D) a borate compound; and (E) water. The first agent contains only (A) the acidic group-containing polymerizable monomer and (B) the sulfur atom-containing polymerizable monomer out of the five components. The second agent contains only (C) the silane coupling agent, (D) the borate compound, and (E) the water out of the five components.

Self-adhesive dental composite resin
The present invention provides a self-adhesive dental composite resin maintaining mechanical strength, showing excellent storage stability, undergoing little change in transparency and properties of the paste during long-term storage, and having a small solidification risk during long-term storage. The present invention relates to a self-adhesive dental composite resin comprising: an acid group-containing (meth)acrylic polymerizable monomer (a); a polyfunctional (meth)acrylic polymerizable monomer (b) containing no acid group; a photopolymerization initiator (c); and a filler (d), wherein the filler (d) is treated with a surface treatment agent and has an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 50.0 μm, the surface treatment agent comprises a silane coupling agent (A) represented by the following general formula (1):
CH.sub.2═C(R.sup.1)—COO—(CH.sub.2).sub.p—Si—R.sup.2.sub.qR.sup.3.sub.(3-q) (1), and
an organosilazane (B) represented by the following general formula (2):
R.sup.4R.sup.5R.sup.6—Si—NH—Si—R.sup.7R.sup.8R.sup.9 (2).
Powder-liquid type denture base lining material
The present invention provides a powder-liquid type denture base liner comprising: a powder material including (A) uncrosslinked resin particles, (B) an organic peroxide, (C) a pyrimidine trione derivative, and (D) an organic metal compound; and a liquid material including (E) a radical polymerizable monomer and (F) an aromatic amine compound, wherein the powder-liquid denture base liner is characterized in that the (C) pyrimidine trione derivative is 0.0002-1.0 mass parts per 100 mass parts of (E) radical polymerizable monomer.
Powder-liquid type denture base lining material
The present invention provides a powder-liquid type denture base liner comprising: a powder material including (A) uncrosslinked resin particles, (B) an organic peroxide, (C) a pyrimidine trione derivative, and (D) an organic metal compound; and a liquid material including (E) a radical polymerizable monomer and (F) an aromatic amine compound, wherein the powder-liquid denture base liner is characterized in that the (C) pyrimidine trione derivative is 0.0002-1.0 mass parts per 100 mass parts of (E) radical polymerizable monomer.
DENTURE BLOCK
The present invention provides a denture block capable of integrally and simply manufacturing a denture by using a CAD/CAM system. A denture is manufactured by cutting using a CAD/CAM system in a state in which the ridge portion 1b is gripped, has: an upper part which is a white part 2 to correspond to a tooth part of the denture; and a lower part which is a gingival color part 3 to correspond to a denture plate of the denture, wherein the white part 2 and the gingival color part 3 are integrally formed by being brought into close contact with each other with no gaps therebetween including the inside thereof, and a plurality of convex portions 4 and concave portions 5 are formed on an upper surface 3a which is the boundary surface of the gingival color part 3 with the white part 2.
