System for containing medical waste with a bag and machine for producing said bag
The invention relates to a system for containing medical waste with a bag and a machine for producing said bag. It relates to a reusable, hermetically sealed, metal container for medical waste, with a bag and locks or latches, which prevent the lid from being opened until the waste inside the same has been sterilized by the pressurized steam of an autoclave. It also relates to said plastic bag made up of two or more layers of different physical properties, configured into a single body. Said bag is housed inside the aforementioned hermetically sealed container. It also relates to a machine for producing these bags with a winder, folder and several sealers using heat resistance inserted into conveyer belts.
INTEGRATED MEDICAL WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND OPERATION
A medical waste treatment system, comprising: (1) A main treatment unit comprising: a waste receiver cover comprising a UV lamp; a waste shredding unit comprising a shredding bin and at least two rotating shredding blades; a compression unit to push the medical waste towards the shredding blades; a separator to allow the passage of shredded medical waste of a predefined shape and diameter; and a disinfectant delivery unit comprising a plurality of nozzles. (2) A disinfection unit which comprises a disinfectant mixing bin and a mixing unit. (3) A main liquid management unit comprising a disinfectant delivery unit that comprises a plurality of nozzles interconnected to the main treatment unit. (4) A separator unit to separate the liquid from shredded waste; and a centrifuge to further remove liquid from the shredded waste.

Process and apparatus for sterilising used hygiene products
The present invention relates to a process and an apparatus for sterilising used hygiene products, comprising the use of an autoclave apparatus. Said autoclave apparatus comprises one or a plurality of rotating internal members. In some embodiments, the plurality of rotating members each concentrically position around a common axis of rotation. In some embodiments, the plurality of rotating members comprises holes of predetermined size, such that the autoclaved products can pass from a central rotating section towards radially outwardly positioned ones. This allows for short processing time with high process performance whilst minimising damage of compounds such as pulp fibre and superabsorbent polymers (SAP) while enabling pure plastic, pulp and SAP streams being separated.

Method for manufacturing recycled pulp from used sanitary article
The present invention addresses the problem of efficiently manufacturing a recycled pulp from a used sanitary article, said recycled pulp being reusable for sanitary articles and having an ash content and antibacterial properties both meeting the standards for sanitary articles. A method for manufacturing a recycled pulp reusable for sanitary articles by recovering a pulp fiber from a used sanitary article that contains the pulp fiber and a high water-absorbing polymer, said method comprising an ozone treatment step for immersing the used sanitary article or pulp fiber in an ozone-containing aqueous solution and thus disintegrating the high water-absorbing polymer contained in the used sanitary article or sticking to the pulp fiber, characterized in that the used sanitary article or pulp fiber is treated with a cationic antibacterial agent before, after or together with the ozone treatment step.

Natural method of reduction and removal of pathogenic agents and microorganisms contained in solids
A method for the reduction and/or removal of pathogenic agents and microorganisms contained in solids, comprising the steps of purification of the starting material to dispose of materials that combine a great size and extreme hardness and malleability; and the adjustment of the humidity degree of the material obtained in step of purification, and the grinding and heating of the material obtained in the step of adjusting the humidity, where the grinding and heating are carried out simultaneously by subjecting the material to a high pressure while at the same time its temperature is increased by means of an increase in the pressure on the material and the friction caused between the material and the grinding means. And A machine to carry out the method, comprising a front chamber for the entrance of the material; a contiguous rear chamber associated with the entrance chamber, by means of which the processed material is expelled; said contiguous rear chamber containing a grinding means that rotates when it is actuated by an engine; and a piston that enters into the front chamber running along said chamber into the rear chamber until it reaches a grinding means, where the grinding means consists of a solid, hard and heavy cylinder associated with a transverse axis, said cylinder being provided with a set of longitudinal slots from base to base that form edges with the cylinder surface.
