System and method for detecting a plug of a tool of a tillage implement
A system for detecting the operational status of a ground engaging tool of a tillage implement including an agricultural implement including a frame and a tool assembly supported relative to the frame. The ganged tool assembly includes a toolbar coupled to the frame and one or more ground engaging tools coupled to the toolbar. The system further includes a sensor coupled to the tool assembly and configured to capture data indicative of a load acting on the one or more ground engaging tools. Additionally, the system includes a controller configured to monitor the data received from the sensor and compare at least one monitored value associated with the load acting on the ground engaging tool(s). Moreover, the controller is further configured to identify the ground engaging tool(s) as being plugged when the monitored value(s) differs from the predetermined threshold value.
Curved cultivating disc with a straight cutting edge portion
A cultivating disc for a tillage implement includes an attachment portion positioned at a radial center of the cultivating disc. The attachment portion includes one or more attachment features configured to couple the cultivating disc to the tillage implement about an axis of rotation of the cultivating disc. The attachment portion extends along a first plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the cultivating disc. The cultivating disc also includes a cutting edge portion positioned at a distal end of the cultivating disc relative to the axis of rotation. The cutting edge portion extends along a second plane parallel to the first plane. The cultivating disc further includes a curved connecting portion positioned between and connecting the attachment portion to the cutting edge portion. The curved connecting portion further defines one or more radii of curvature.
PLOUGH MODULE HAVING A PERFORATED PLATE
The invention relates to a plough module (1) for interchangeable mounting on a base frame of a plough device for ploughing a ground, wherein the plough module (1) comprises: a rotatable first cutting element (102) which is designed as a coulter disc and has a revolving first cutting edge (103), wherein the first cutting element (102) is designed in such a manner that a lateral region of a soil ridge in the ground can be cut by moving the plough module (1) on the ground along a ploughing direction, a second, flat cutting element (105) having a second cutting edge (106), wherein the second cutting element (105) is designed in such a manner that a ground region of a soil ridge in the ground can be cut by moving the plough module (1) on the ground along a ploughing direction, characterized in that the plough module (1) is designed as a ready-mounted unit, in which the second cutting element (105) follows, and comprising a first support structure (4), on which the first cutting element (102) is arranged, a second support structure (5), on which the second cutting element (105) is arranged and which is connected to the first support structure (4), and that the first support structure (4) has means for detachable attachment to a base frame (2) of a plough device (3), wherein actuators (26.1, 26.2) are provided for adjusting the angle about two defined axes of the first cutting element (102) and an actuator (26.3) is provided for adjusting the angle about one axis of the cutting element (105).
PLOUGH MODULE AND PLOUGH DEVICE COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE PLOUGH MODULE
The invention relates to a plough module (1) with plough-following stabilisation for mounting on a base frame of a plough device, comprising a rotatable first cutting element designed as a hollow-disc cutting plate. A lateral region (122) of a soil ridge can be cut away by moving the plough module (1) on the ground along a ploughing direction (110). The plough module (1) comprises a second plat cutting element (105) with a second cutting edge (106), wherein a base region (121) of the soil ridge can be cut away by moving the plough module (1) on the ground. The plough module (1) is designed as a fully assembled unit, in which the second cutting element, designed as a fixed cutting blade (6), follows the first cutting element (102) in the ploughing direction (110). The cutting blade (6) is angled backwards relative to the working angle, achieving a dynamic balance of forces between the first cutting element (102) and the cutting blade (6) for plough-following stabilisation. A contact plate (8) is provided on the cutting blade (6), which is supported on a furrow wall (121) such that a stabilising effect follows the plough.
PLOUGH MODULE AND PLOUGH DEVICE COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE PLOUGH MODULE
The invention relates to a plough module (1) with plough-following stabilisation for mounting on a base frame of a plough device, comprising a rotatable first cutting element designed as a hollow-disc cutting plate. A contact plate (8) is provided on the cutting blade (6), which is supported on a furrow wall (121) such that a stabilising effect follows the plough.

A rotatable first plate-like cutting element (102) having a circumferential first cutting edge (103) is arranged on a support structure (101) and is designed such that when the support structure (101) is moved on the ground (120) along a ploughing direction (110), a side region (202) of a soil ridge (201) of the ground (120) is being cut by means of a first cutting region (104) of the first cutting edge (103). A second preferably disc-shaped cutting element (105) having a second cutting edge (106) is arranged on the support structure (101) and is designed such that when the support structure (101) is moved on the ground (120) along a ploughing direction (110), a base region (203) of a soil ridge (201) of the ground (120) is being cut by means of a second cutting region (118) of the second cutting edge (106), wherein the second cutting element (105) is arranged relative to the first cutting element (102) in the ploughing direction (110) such that the second cutting region (118) is arranged before the first cutting region (104) in the ploughing direction (110).
METHOD FOR PLOWING GROUND WITH A PLOUGH DEVICE COMPRISING TWO CUTTING ELEMENTS

System and method for de-plugging rotating ground engaging tools of an agricultural implement
A system for de-plugging rotating ground engaging tools of an agricultural implement includes first and second ground engaging tools spaced apart from each other such that a flow gap is defined between the tools, a rotational actuator configured to rotationally drive the tools about a rotational axis, a sensor configured to capture data indicative of material accumulation within the flow gap defined between the tools, and a controller configured to determine when the tools are experiencing a plugged condition based on the data received from the sensor. Additionally, in response to the determination that the tools are experiencing the plugged condition, the controller is further configured to control an operation of the rotational actuator such that the tools are rotationally driven while such tools are disposed at a working position relative to a soil surface of a field.
