Windrow forming agricultural rake assembly
An agricultural rake assembly includes a frame. A plurality of wheels is coupled to the frame. A shaft is coupled to and extends upwardly from the frame. A pair of disks is rotatably coupled to the shaft. The disks are rotated when the wheels are rotated. A cam track is coupled to the shaft. A plurality of rake arms are each movably coupled between the disks. The plurality of rake arms is distributed around the disks. A plurality of rakes is coupled to each of the rake arms. The rakes may engage a crop. A plurality of cam arms is each movably coupled between the rake arms and the disks. The cam arms each urge the rake arms between a raking position, a lifted position and a lowered position when the first end of the associated one of the rake arms moves along the cam track.
STRAW BUNCHER
An apparatus for automating the process of bunching straw in a farming operation is disclosed. The straw buncher is a towable implement that includes one or more rakes mounted on a rotatable axle. The rakes gather straw. Rotation of the rake assembly is prevented by a stop mechanism that holds a rake in position using a resistive force until sufficient straw has gathered in front of the rake and the drag created by the straw overcomes the resistive force. At this point the rake begins to rotate, a cam on the rake assembly engages a drive system that turns the rake assembly until the next rake is in position. The implement works automatically and does not require monitoring by an operator to have straw bunches of a desired size be formed.
Merger Control Device and Merger
Merger control device (21) for controlling the operation of a merger, wherein the merger control device (21) is designed to receive a cornering steering angle from a steering angle sensor (22, 23) as an input variable, and wherein the merger control device (21) is designed, as a function of the received cornering steering angle, to generate as an output variable at least one adjusting signal for transverse conveying devices (18) of the merger configured as belt conveyors and/or at least one adjusting signal for receiving members (17) of the merger configured as pick-ups, to output said adjusting signal to the transverse conveying devices (18) and/or receiving members (17) and to adapt the operation thereof automatically as a function of the cornering steering angle.

Mounting clip for hay rake tooth
A mounting clip includes an elongated channel having a first end, a central portion, and an elongated second section. Along the elongated section are at least two laterally widened sections that provide greater surface area for receiving an elastomeric block of a tooth. At least one of the ends of the channel extend beyond one of the laterally widened sections.
Merger control device for adjusting conveyor speed or pickup speed as a function of steering angle
