Castable sonar devices and operations in a marine environment
Many different types of systems are utilized and tasks are performed in a marine environment. The present invention provides various configurations of castable devices that can be operated and/or controlled for such systems or tasks. One or more castable devices can be integrated with a transducer assembly, such as a phased array, that emits sonar beams and receives sonar returns from the underwater environment. Processing circuitry may receive the sonar returns, process the sonar returns, generate an image, and transmit the image to a display.
Detachable accessory carrier
A detachable accessory carrier for an individual user to secure around their waist, the carrier including an arcuate frame to encompass a portion of the individuals user's waist, the carrier arcuate frame also includes a flexible linear element that terminates in a primary distal end portion and a secondary distal end portion, wherein the primary distal end portion and the secondary distal end portion have a structure for removable engagement therebetween to be removable from the user's waist, wherein operationally the flexible linear element removably secures the arcuate frame to and from the individual user's waist. In addition, included in the carrier is a slotted receptacle structure disposed on an extension beam, wherein the extension beam is affixed to and extending from a convex portion of the arcuate frame, wherein the slotted receptacle structure operationally removably retains an accessory.

Angling system
An angling system is disclosed. The system may include at least one fish bite detector and a fish bite sensor connected to a transmitter or transceiver. The fish bite detector may be configured to transmit a fish bite signal upon the fish bite sensor detecting a fish bite. The system may include at least one camera or at least one shutter actuator. The camera or shutter actuator may include a receiver or transceiver pairable with the transmitter or transceiver of the fish bite detector so as to receive fish bite signals transmitted by each paired fish bite detector. The camera or shutter may be configured to record/actuate upon receiving a fish bite signal.
Rotatable mount
A mount including a base and a handle. The base is capable of releasably coupling to a pole, for example outrigger poles, fishing rods, and shade poles. A handle of the mount can be loosened to allow the base to be rotated to position the pole in a desired extended direction. When the handle is tightened, the base is restricted from rotating.
Fish holding apparatus
The fish-holding apparatus is a stick device which may be used to take pictures of fish. The device may be attached to any boat that has a pedestal hole to secure the device. In addition, the device may be held in hand by a user, with a fish positioned at one end of the device, so as to allow taking of a picture of the fish itself or of a group picture together with the fish. Further, the apparatus includes additional support members for better stability and gripping elements for improved ease of use. Additionally, the fish-holding apparatus has access for installing a variety of attachable links, to which a wide variety for fish-grips and/or hanging scales may be attached to. The fish-holding apparatus provides a cost-effective, portable, and easy-to-use device for taking pictures of fish.
