DEVICE FOR HOLDING BAIT, IN PARTICULAR BAIT FOR RODENTS
The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for holding bait (2), in particular bait for rodents, comprising: a housing part (3) that can be inserted into a manhole, in particular a sewer manhole or a cable duct manhole, at least one bait platform (8) arranged in the housing part (3), delimiting at least one passage opening (9) on the bait platform side, through which a rodent can gain access to bait (2) arranged in the housing part (3).
Methods and systems of pest management
This disclosure describes devices, systems, and methods associated with pest (e.g., rodent) management. An example of a pest-management apparatus includes a detector device having a housing, a magnetic switch coupled to the housing, and circuitry disposed within a cavity of the housing. The detector device is configured to be coupled to a trap having a base and a capture element pivotally coupled to the base such a portion of the capture element is biased toward a capture portion of the base. The circuitry is configured to detect operation of the trap based on a change in state of the magnetic switch responsive to a magnet coupled to the trap. In a particular implementation, the detector device is coupled to the trap via a platform. In another particular implementation, the detector device includes multiple magnetic switches and is configured to concurrently be coupled to multiple traps.
Pest control system and associated method
A pest monitoring system and associated method includes pest monitoring devices for placement at a site and generating a signal upon detection of a pest, and a pesticide dispensing unit including a reservoir housing a diluent and a pesticide module housing a pesticide. A computer device remotely disposed to the pest monitoring devices receives generated signals therefrom, analyzes environmental and historical factor data for the site to determine an amount and placement location of the pest monitoring devices for monitoring the site, and directs deployment of the pest control monitoring devices according to the analysis. The computer device also receives data from the pesticide dispensing unit including an amount or rate of the pesticide substance dispensed from the pesticide module, to form treatment having a concentration of the pesticide substance in the diluent, the treatment being dispensed from the pesticide dispensing unit to treat a detected pest at the site.
Weighted rodent bait stations and related methods
Rodent bait station assemblies and methods for assembly and bundling.
MIXTURES COMPRISING INDAZOLE PESTICIDES
Disclosed are compositions comprising compounds of Formula (I) and compounds of Formula (II). Also disclosed are N compositions containing compounds of Formula (I) or compounds of Formula (II), or combinations thereof and methods for controlling an invertebrate pest comprising contacting the invertebrate pest or its environment with a biologically effective amount of a compound or a composition of the disclosure.

Connected Bait Box
A rodent bait station comprises a housing defining at least one entrance, a bait holding area arranged within the housing for storing a quantity of rodent bait for consumption, and an electronics assembly. The electronics assembly includes a capacitor arranged proximate the bait holding area and having a characteristic capacitance indicative of the quantity of bait in the bait holding area, and a controller for measuring the characteristic capacitance of the capacitor. A processor of the electronics assembly estimates a quantity of bait in the bait holding area according to the measured characteristic capacitance, and transmits via a transmitter a wireless signal indicative of one of the measured characteristic capacitance or the estimated quantity of bait in the bait holding area.
Pest monitoring system with conductive electrodes
A pest monitoring system generally includes a circuit, wherein the circuit is initially in a first impedance state that is configured to change to a second impedance state due to pest activity, wherein the second impedance state is lower than the first impedance state.
BAIT STATION SYSTEM
A tamper-proof bait station includes a container having a base and a lid that provides access to an interior that stores a poison bait that is consumed by pests. The base is securable to an external support member that supports the container above a ground surface. The support has an interior that is able to receive a weighted material to restrict movement of the container. A locking cap is provided that locks the lid to the base and is only removably upon applying axial or side pressure to the locking cap.
Optical remote sensing systems for aerial and aquatic fauna, and use thereof
Optical remote sensing systems for quantifying aerial or aquatic fauna with respect to number of living organisms, such as animals, such as insects, birds, bats or aquatic organisms, and to biological specificity.
DEVICE FOR HOLDING A BAIT, IN PARTICULAR A BAIT FOR RODENTS
The invention relates to a device (1) for mounting a lure (2), in particular a lure for rodents, comprising: —a housing part (3) that has at least one through-opening (9), in particular an axial through-opening, through which an access into an interior of the housing part is possible; and —at least one closing element (15) which has a main part and at least one lure receiving region, in particular on the main-part side, for receiving at least one lure (2), said closing element (15) being mounted in a movable manner relative to the housing part (3). The closing element (15) is moved away from the housing part (3) in an open position such that the at least one through-opening (9) is released and is moved towards the housing part (3) in a closed position such that the at least one through-opening (9) is closed.
