DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANAGING BIRD POPULATIONS
The system for managing bird populations includes a drone; a disruptor comprising an extension arm having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end being operatively coupled with the drone, and the distal end comprising a tool portion, where the tool portion comprises a piercing element constructed for engagement with one or more eggs in a nest; and a remote control system. The remote control system may comprise one or more remote control units and a monitor.
The system can be used to manage bird populations by flying the drone above a bird's nest; positioning the drone above the bird's nest; and descending the drone to disrupt eggs in the bird's nest with the disruptor.
Method and System for Remote Monitoring, Care and Maintenance of Animals
A smart collar to be worn by an animal includes an imaging device configured to capture a plurality of images, and a microprocessor in communication with the imaging device to receive the plurality of captured images in real-time. The microprocessor is configured to perform at least one action selected from the group consisting of: analyze the plurality of captured images, compare the plurality of captured images with stored images, recognize at least one of a person, an animal, and an object depicted in at least one of the plurality of images, identify a behavior of the animal, issue a corrective action, issue an approving action, and issue an alert to a user.
System for mole eradication
A mole eradication system having a sleeve having a distal end for positioning in the ground, a rod having a distal end axially extending at least partially within said sleeve, at least one sharp connected near the distal end of said rod and radially extending from said rod, said sleeve and said rod axially movable in a first direction with respect to each other to radially expose said at least one sharp near a distal end of said sleeve.
Motion-Activated Animal Repelling Device and Kit
The present invention is a system for repelling animals that includes a spraying device, a water pump, a motion detector, and a power source. The system will cause the spraying device to spray water when the motion detector detects motion. The inclusion of the water pump allows the system to be used on boats that are at sea or in other situations where a pressurized water source is not readily available. The system may include means for changing a direction of the spray of the water, including the directions of both vertical and lateral motion. As such, a specific area to be sprayed may be programmed into the system so that the system will only spray in that area.

Robotic agriculture protection system
A system useful to protect a real estate property includes at least one sensor configured to monitor presence of a nuisance animal on the real estate property, a computerized control module including programming to diagnose the presence of the nuisance animal based upon data from the at least one sensor, and at least one mobile robotic device. The mobile robotic device is configured to move to a location of the nuisance animal on the real estate property based upon the data from the at least one sensor and emulate a predator to move the nuisance animal.
Insect net with emergency deployment
An insect net with emergency deployment structured to be retrofit onto the roof of the cab of the typical construction or agricultural equipment vehicle. The system includes a cylindrical insect net that may be compressed into a closed deployment box positioned on the underside of the vehicle cab roof. A deployment cord is positioned adjacent the operator where it may be readily accessed and pulled to open the doors of the deployment box to allow the cylindrical net to drop (under the influence of a ring of small weights) to surround the operator within the cab. The system is structured to be re-used by replacing the cylindrical net back into the deployment box and refitting the deployment cord with pull pin to hold the deployable components within the box for subsequent use.
Device and system for providing a wind curtain for preventing bugs from contacting a viewing surface
The present invention is directed to a device and system designed to prevent organisms, such as bugs, from contacting a viewing surface, such as a windshield or window associated with a moving vehicle. The device contains at least a first side wall having an air intake member constructed to receive and capture air flow generated by movement of the motor vehicle. A second wall contains air distribution members and is oriented in a different direction as that of the first wall. Because the device is designed to have side walls oriented at different directions, air exiting the device travels in a different path than the path of entry. In this manner, air flow can be directed to travel across a viewing surface, thereby providing a curtain of air thereupon.

Plant regulatory sequence
The present disclosure relates to regulatory sequences. In particular, the disclosure relates to a regulatory nucleic acid molecule, at least part of which has a transcription initiation function directing expression of an operably associated protein encoding polynucleotide of interest to non-tassel tissue in maize, but not or substantially not to tassel. The disclosure further relates to chimeric genes and expression cassettes comprising the regulatory nucleic acid molecule and to transgenic plants comprising the chimeric genes and expression cassettes.
