EDIBLE-BODY MARKING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREFOR
An edible-body marking device (1) has a carrier device (20) that carries an edible body, a detection part (210) that detects the edible body, and a laser processing part (220) that forms a marking pattern on the edible body by using laser light. The carrier device sequentially carries the edible body to the detection part (210) and the laser processing part (220). The detection part images (210) the edible body to acquire orientation information regarding an orientation of the edible body, and the laser processing part (220) has a memory part that stores in advance multiple pieces of marking procedure information regarding formation procedures of the marking pattern in association with their respectively different pieces of the orientation information, and forms the marking pattern on the edible body according to the marking procedure information extracted from the memory part based on the orientation information acquired by the detection part (210).

Food product molding device and food product manufacturing method
To provide a food product molding device and a food product manufacturing method capable of molding foodstuffs into a food product having stacked plural layers with a simple structure. A mold unit in which a first mold plate and a second mold plate are stacked slidingly moves by a drive unit. Through holes respectively provided in the first mold plate and the second mold plate are linked to form molding hole portions. The molding hole portions move to a first filling position in which upper ends of the molding hole portions are connected to first filling openings, a second filling position in which upper ends of the molding hole portions are connected to second filling openings, and a discharge position in which upper ends of the molding hole portions are connected to pusher ports by the slide movement of the mold unit.
Industrial equipment for the treatment of produce
An application system for forming protective coatings over perishable items, including: a bed including a plurality of rollers, wherein each of the rollers is configured to rotate at a predetermined rotational rate, thereby causing the perishable items on the bed to rotate; one or more sprayers over a first portion of the bed; one or more blowers over a second portion of the bed; a mixing system configured to prepare a mixture including a coating agent in a solvent; and a liquid delivery system connected inline between the mixing system and the one or more sprayers.
ULTRASONIC ROTARY MOLDING
The present disclosure describes an ultrasonic rotary molding system that is used to form edible compositions or food products as they move along a conveyor belt. The food products are formed by an ultrasonic rotary wheel that includes one or more cutting tools that cut, and perhaps three dimensionally mold, food product strips. The system may include a movable backing plate that is located below the point where the ultrasonic rotary wheel cuts the food product strips. The movable backing plate may be spring loaded and it may exert force upwards against the conveyor belt and in turn against the food product.
