PORTABLE POCKET ASHTRAY
In one embodiment of the present invention, a portable, pocket ashtray comprising a fold-able, substantially non-flammable material. The pocket ashtray has an inner bottom and a continuous sidewall attached thereto. At least a portion of the continuous sidewall is folded inward and downward towards the inner bottom of the ashtray whereby the ashtray is formed more compact than its unfolded form so that the ashtray may be transported in a user’s pocket and then removed and unfolded for use thereof.

A multifunctional ashtray with a receptacle for receiving ashes and butts wherein the is size receptacle allows storage of unsmoked cigarettes therein and the opening includes a plurality of vertically extending ridges on an interior side of its circumferential receptacle side wall adapted to hold a cigarette accessible to easy removal when said cigarette is stored within the cup opening. A multifunctional ashtray with a receptacle for receiving ashes with an associated removable top cover for closing the receptacle when the device is not being used as an ashtray, the top cover being magnetically securable to the top end of the receptacle.
BOX OR CONTAINER WITH INTEGRATED ASH TRAY FOR SMOKING PRODUCT
According to some illustrative embodiments, a container with an integrated ash tray for smoking products, such as, e.g., most especially, cigars, includes: a) an upper ash-tray portion having: a central panel; a plurality of perimeter walls extending around a perimeter of the central panel; at least one of the perimeter walls having at least one cut-out recess extending downward from an end the at least one of the perimeter walls, each the at least one cutout having a curved or arcuate surface for supporting a smoking product during use as an ash tray and for facilitating grasping by a user during separation of the upper ash-tray portion; b) a bottom-holder portion having: a bottom floor panel; a plurality of perimeter walls extending around a perimeter of the bottom floor panel; and c) wherein the bottom-holder portion operates as a holder for smoking products, and the upper ash-tray portion operates as both a cover for closing the container in a closed position and as an ash-tray when the upper ash-tray portion is moved from the closed position to an open inverted position.
Portable Scent Dispensing Ashtray
A portable scent dispensing ashtray includes an enclosure and a lid. The enclosure comprises an ash retaining portion, an absorbent retaining portion, and a dispenser retaining portion. An absorbent is retained by the absorbent retaining portion. A dispenser is retained by the dispenser retaining portion and stores odor neutralizing matter that is to be absorbed by the absorbent. The lid is rotatably attached to an upper end of the enclosure such that the lid opens or closes. When the lid opens, the ash retaining portion is exposed allowing ash or waste to be deposited into or removed from the ash retaining portion. When the lid closes, the lid activates the dispenser causing the odor neutralizing matter to be released and absorbed by the absorbent. The ashtray is portable and fits into any standard cup holder. The ashtray automatically provides odor neutralization without having to carry a separate odor neutralizing spray.
DISPOSABLE RECEPTACLE FOR SMOKING PRODUCTS
A disposable apparatus for receiving waste from smoking products. Some embodiments may comprise a base panel, a plurality of side panels, and a hole in each of the side panels. The base panel may have tab slots, and each of the side panels may have tabs. Each side panel may comprise a bottom section extending from the base panel and a top section coupled to the bottom section. The apparatus may additionally comprise a base fold line between the base panel and each of the side panels and a side fold line in each of the side panels between the bottom section and the top section. The hole in each of the side panels forms a notch or groove if the top section is folded along the side fold line.
Device for consecutive consumption of liquid from container and smoke
A device for use with a container containing liquid and having an opening for the consecutive consumption of the liquid and of smoke that has been drawn into the container. The device comprises a body, a combustion receptacle, and a tubular structure. An inlet end of the body engages the container, and an outlet end can be placed at the mouth of a user. The tubular structure connects the combustion receptacle with the interior of the liquid container. When smoking material is combusted and the container is inverted, outflow of liquid from the container through the body, in most instances into a user's mouth, creates negative pressure within the container, drawing in smoke from the combustion receptacle. Once most or all of the liquid has flowed out of the container, the user may then inhale the smoke in the container through the body.
