An undergarment for use with an absorbent pad is disclosed. The undergarment includes: a main body including at least an exterior fabric layer, an interior fabric layer, and a substantially waterproof layer interposed between the exterior and interior fabric layers, wherein the main body defines: a front body portion; a rear body portion; and a crotch portion coupling the front and rear body portions; and an elastic compression strip coupled to the crotch portion on an interior side of the main body, the compression strip and the crotch portion defining an opening therebetween such that at least a portion of the absorbent pad is insertable into the opening for securing the absorbent pad in pressing engagement against the crotch portion.

Undergarment systems and methods are provided. According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, an undergarment system is provided. The undergarment system may include a first undergarment and a second undergarment. The first undergarment may have a waist size and include a first front pouch having a first pouch size. The second undergarment may have the waist size and include a second front pouch having a second pouch size. Apparatuses, garments, undergarments, and systems for suppressing genital bulge for a person with a penis are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a garment includes a body component having a left leg opening, a right leg opening, and a torso opening. The body component includes an inner layer and a compression component. The inner layer comprises a skin-facing side, and the compression component is configured on a side opposite the skin-facing side of the inner layer. An appendage compartment is configured to have an appendage compartment opening on the skin-facing side of the inner layer. The garment can suppress genital bulge by compressing, with the compression component, a penis received in the appendage compartment in a rearward direction, between the left leg opening and right leg opening.

Undergarment products of the disclosure may comprise a bamboo fabric and a non-woven material. The undergarment may include bamboo fabric and a non-woven material in addition to other materials. In some cases, the garments may principally or primarily include bamboo fabric and a non-woven material with only the addition of further components and materials to manufacture the garment including stitching, elastic components, etc. In preferred embodiments, an undergarment of the disclosure may include a central section comprising bamboo fabric and side sections comprising a non-woven material. The bamboo used to make the underwear may be around 125 grams per square meter (GSM) and the non-woven material may be 100% cotton based.

A waistband for use in a garment is provided. The waistband may have a flexible body including a first portion imparted with a first width dimension, a second portion imparted with a second width dimension, and a transition portion imparted with a third width dimension. The transition portion may be disposed between the first portion and the second portion.
