Hemming-stitch-free warp-knitted elastic fabric and method for knitting thereof

The present invention discloses a hemming-stitch-free warp-knitted elastic fabric and a method for knitting thereof. The method includes: making a non-elastic yarn pass across a guide needle of the first guide bar and form the surface of the fabric by knitting via two needles or three needles in a 1×1 or 2×1 warp plain stitch loop mode, and making an elastic yarn pass across a guide needle of the second guide bar and form the inside of the fabric by knitting with the aforementioned non-elastic yarn in the same direction via three needles in a open double warp plain stitch loop mode, and two loops are continuously formed on each course of the open double warp plain stitch loop. The hemming-stitch-free warp-knitted fabric produced according to the present invention has good snagging grade, moderate horizontal straight tensile force and good resilience.

Embodiments include methods and systems to remotely and electronically enhance measurement accuracy and speed of electronic brassiere fitting data. A method according to an embodiment can include receiving a set of current user brassiere data from a remote user computing device, receiving a set of physiological images from the remote user computing device, and receiving brassiere fitting data from one or more data sources. The method can further include filtering the brassiere fitting data responsive to the set of current user brassiere data, and generating a first brassiere size responsive to filtering the brassiere fitting data. The method can further include modifying the first brassiere size responsive to the set of physiological images, and generating a recommended brassiere size responsive to modifying the first brassiere size.

Upper body shaper garment
11700890 · 2023-07-18 · ·

Disclosed embodiments include an upper body shaper garment for women. The garment contours the breasts and other aspects of the chest area into a fashionable form by delivering distinct amount of compression force at select areas of the garment. In various embodiments, the shaper garment includes a support area covering the breasts and a shaping area including one or more compression zones for moving the support area to enhance the appearance of the wearer. The shaper garment may be knitted from one continuous piece of fabric with the compression areas knitted directly into the base layer. The shaper garment may also include one or more transition zones between the areas and/or zones of the garment to smoothly transition between different areas and/or zones.

Apparel With Multi-Layer Fabric Panel

A brassiere includes a fabric panel including a first fabric layer and a second fabric layer. The first fabric layer includes a first material having a first modulus of elasticity and a second material having a second modulus of elasticity. The first modulus of elasticity is greater than the second modulus of elasticity. An auxetic structure is formed by the first material on the first fabric layer, the auxetic structure comprising a pattern of reentrant shapes. The second fabric layer is coupled to the first fabric layer along a perimeter portion of the fabric panel. The second fabric layer free-floating relative to the first fabric layer at a central body portion located within the perimeter portion of the fabric panel.

BRASSIERE FOR PROSTHETIC-ENHANCED BREASTS

The wearable article 200 comprises a sensing component. The electronics module 100 is removably coupled to the wearable article 200. The electronics module comprises a housing and a processor disposed within the housing 101. An interface element 121, 123 interfaces with the sensing component so as to receive signals from the sensing component and provide the same to the processor. A sensor 105 is disposed within the housing 101. The sensor 105 monitors a property of the environment external to the electronics module 100 through the housing 101. The housing 101 is constructed such that the sensor 105 has line of sight through the housing 101.

Support Garment Testing System

Aspects herein are directed to a support garment testing system comprising a torso form having a motion tracking sensor associated with one or more breast structures of the torso form. A support garment is secured to the torso form, and the torso form is mounted on a motion platform that, when actuated, causes displacement of the breast structures. The amount of displacement is measured by the sensor, and the data is used to assign a level of support provided by the support garment.
