In at least one configuration, the wearable item is adapted to be used as at least one versatile garment and has at least two of the plurality of garment components (9) at least (a) attached together at an intersecting area with at least one of the two garment components extending from a side edge of the attached other garment component and without having an opposite end of any of the at least two of the plurality of garment components (9) attached to any of the plurality of garment components (9), and (b) used in at least one direction (D).

Aspects herein provide methods of transforming a stowable article of apparel for an upper torso of a wearer. The article of apparel comprises a first tensioning mechanism superior to and parallel with a waist opening, and a second tensioning mechanism coincident with the waist opening and spaced apart from the first tensioning mechanism. An upper half of the article of apparel is doffed. The waist opening is folded upward toward the first tensioning mechanism forming a pouch between the first and second tensioning mechanisms where the upper half of the article of apparel is stowed. The second tensioning mechanism is tensioned, thereby stowing the article of apparel in the pouch around the wearer.

Aspects herein provide methods of transforming a stowable article of apparel for an upper torso of a wearer. A bib includes a pant portion, a torso portion, a bladder pocket and a liquid bladder. The pants portion includes a waist section and a pair of leg sections. The torso portion extends from the waist section. The torso portion includes a front and back panels disposed respectively adjacent the abdomen and lower back when the bib is worn by the user. The torso portion includes an outer surface facing away from the user torso and an inner surface facing towards the user torso. The bladder pocket is between the inner and outer surfaces extending from the front panel around the back panel and to the front panel. The liquid bladder is disposed within the bladder pocket and extends from the front panel around the back panel and to the front panel.

A garment including a pair of arm sleeves and an inter-changeable or integral connector piece. The pair of arm sleeves include a first arm sleeve and a second arm sleeve configured to cover the arms of a user. The connector piece is configured to connect the first arm sleeve at an upper end thereof and the second arm sleeve at an upper end thereof. The connector piece is worn on tlte back of tlic user between the shoulder blade regions.

A garment worn on the upper body is disclosed wherein the garment has partially but permanently attached convertible arm sleeves allowing wearing of the garment in a sleeves-on configuration or in a sleeves-off configuration, said arm sleeves always remaining partially attached to a garment body of the garment, and wherein the arm sleeves in the sleeves-off configuration can be left loose, folded, tied or otherwise secured on the garment, or to one another.

A portable therapeutic unit and system for treating a back, a neck, or the back and the neck of a user is disclosed. The therapeutic unit includes a first seat, a back support, a hinge, and a metal back. The first seat is designed for the user to sit thereupon. The back support is designed to support a back of the user. The hinge pivotally connects the first seat and the back support. The metal back is connected to the back support, with the metal back magnetically coupling with an attachment magnet. Further, the attachment magnet couples to a therapeutic aid to deliver treatment to the user.
